Stayed Feb 20, 2022This was an easy 5-start review. Paul is a terrific and communicative host. His casita is exactly as it is presented. Extremely clean and located in a very cool little neighborhood. Everything in the unit is new and the location is convenient to U of A, shopping, restaurants, hiking (Paul kindly suggested a couple of delightful places to go explore), the zoo and parks. The casita is not large as it is essentially two rooms, a bath/laundry room and a kitchen/dinning/bedroom. But both are very large, bright, airy and equipped with new, good quality appliances and fixtures. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There were two of us staying and we were very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. Many thanks for your hospitality and for sharing your casita with us, Paul.

Stayed Jan 8, 2022The one story box guest house is located behind the two story main house. Its windows face the tall wall of the main house. The courtyard offers very little opportunity for sunshine to hit the small cafe chairs and table.Laundry room exhaust filed the courtyard as well as the noise of a barking dog. Disappointed.

Stayed Feb 15, 2020We loved the casita, it was fabulous. It was very clean and modern and was equipped with everything we needed. Paul even left a couple Corona beers in the fridge and some snacks, which awesome because we didn’t want to go out because we arrived late. The adjustable bed was great, it felt like home. The dogs greeted at the fence each time we came home. Great time, great place.

Stayed Feb 9, 2020We came for a short stay to attend the Tucson gem and mineral show. The owners were kind enough to purchase a toaster for the unit just for us. Very well equipped and very comfortable .

Stayed Feb 5, 2020Wonderful property! I was in town for the Gem Show and found this modern cottage to be a perfect place to stay. The hosts attention to detail is impressive and I really enjoyed coming back each evening after a long day of shopping. Great location, quiet neighborhood, private entrance, and a wonderful bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 28, 2020So ok, we are building a house, it was not ready when our lease expired on our rental, vrbo was our next bet..we stayed in many places in mid-town before we stayed at Paul’s, so we are experts...STAY HERE IF YOU CAN! Seriously, you are in the heart of everything with total privacy and an immaculate place with everything you need not to mention amazing hosts who make sure you have it all... oh and did I mention it is totally ADA compliant and is so well thought out for folks with limited mobility? Oh and the bed... heaven, we are getting one!!!!
