Luxury Sedona Casita

The property and neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. The Casita had everything you could possibly need. Every detail was so thought out. Perfect for a couple and Rick the owner is a wonderful host. So close to shopping and restaurants and golf courses. The bed was so comfortable, I just can't say enough good things. What a delightful find!

The property is beautiful, but the constant emails gently reminding you of the check out time was annoying. Not to mention there were no complimentary water bottles, and the emails sent by the property manager have a link to respond. The problem is the link expires in seconds, so you can't respond.

Great property with great pool. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing anniversary trip. Would definitely stay again.

The casita was a perfect place to relax and the location made it close to all the sites. Everything we needed was provided. The yard and landscaping was beautiful. It was quiet and peaceful.

This property was useful for us while we visited the Sedona, Flagstaff area. We had some questions as the check in date drew near and we realized we didn't have access to the patio until the residents left. Rick worked with to accommodate us and we appreciated that. The Casita patio photo does not do it justice. You can't see it in the photo, but theres a mountain view, which was an unexpected benefit. We had expected to have no view besides perhaps a yard. The Casita itself was a good fit for our needs, especially after we could fully use the pool patio, which also has amazing views. One item to note as this wasn't clear to us, is there's a pdf full waivers, responsibilities, and terms. Its several pages long. What we didn't catch, is the minute you click the book button, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of the pdf. We've never run into that in any other rental. Ultimately it made no difference beyond an initial uneasy feeling. That being said, the hosts were pleasant and very informative.

I would like to thank the property owner, Richard, for our stay. This was a very important trip for my wife and myself. My wife is at the beginning of stage 5 dementia and trips will be less and less as her condition changes. Thank you so much for this is something that I will remember in the coming years. This place was as listed plus 10. The views n grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a view of the red mountains. It was located perfectly for day hikes and tours. We hiked every morning and sat around the pool in the afternoons. The only problem we had was the traffic in Sedona with so many people wanting just what we wanted and this place was isolated n heaven after the crowds in town. We loved everything about the casita and property. Absolutely beautiful backyard with a perfect red rock view. Enjoyed time in the swing just taking in the view. Pool is great. Casita is exactly as represented. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Neighborhood is very nice. Would definitely stay here again!
