Stayed Dec 18, 2024The house exceeded our expectations - it is a barn that was finished and was clean, well-maintained, and had a country feel while being close enough to Rexburg to not be inconvenient. One bedroom and one bathroom was on the ground floor, with the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms and living space on the second floor. We loved the open concept of the living space making it easy to all be together. The master bedroom was fantastic with access to two bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and quite relaxing, even during the winter. The communication was very good and prompt. The check out procedures were some of the easiest we’ve ever experienced. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 5, 2022This rental was so cozy! Everything was so clean and well kept. Probably the most “stocked” rental we’ve stayed in as far as kitchen supplies. Check in process was a breeze and plenty of parking for our car and trailer/Rzr. About a 15 minute drive to the dunes where our friends were staying. Our favorite was the hot tub on the patio and the beautiful green views! We will be back if we’re ever in the area again.

Stayed Apr 19, 2022We loved everything about this place. So clean and roomy. So many nice upgrades that you don't typically get in a VRBO. I loved how new everything was, so it felt clean and everything worked. We had bad weather and discovered all the trails were closed, so we ended up staying inside a lot more than planned. So glad we splurged and got a nice place. Lots of space to play outside and the grandbaby loved watching the horses from the large windows. We were all very happy and the owners were so friendly and willing to help with anything. Would definitely stay again.
