Wonderful couple runs this place. Very attentive to your needs. Beautiful property with a nice baloney.

Very cute, clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with courtyard and pond. 3 areas of improvement suggested: 1. Need instructions for TV use. 2. Coffee canister was empty and also no creamer. 3. Following huge hail storm, we were forced to sweep up stairway to avoid falling on slick coat of leaves and hail. Even though I notified host of concern, no response.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Even had nice warm robes and slippers, which was great with the cold weather.

We had a great time in Denver and the Cottage was perfect for us! Parking worked out fine, having laundry and a full kitchen was spectacular! Cindy and her husband were wonderful host. Checked in a couple times to see that we had what we needed. Location was great, right down the street from where I daughter was moving to.Thank you so much! Looking forward to another stay in the future!

The apt is exactly as advertised. Large kitchen, plenty of supplies, spices, coffee. We cooked a couple nights. The neighborhood is safe, w/several good restaurants you could walk to.The host couple was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't socialize much; spent 8 days with Jewish National Health. They gave us Botanical Garden tickets & we're very responsive.

This place was PERFECT! We had everything we needed, and more. The owners of this darling place were so lovely, and accommodating. They checked in with us after arrival, and responded immediately to any queries we had. I would absolutely stay here again, and would definitely recommend it to any friends or family visiting Denver.

Easy to get in and out, clean, very kind hosts! And the location can’t be beat. Feels like you’re a local.

The hosts have been great. They helped me with my luggage the first night and have been available whenever I need them. I have everything I need here - I began to feel at home right away. It’s a very nice neighborhood and I feel very safe here due to the locked gate to get onto the property. It’s also centrally located and close to everywhere I need to be.

Two nicer people as hosts you will not find. The apartment is exceptional. Location to Denver highlights, clean, safe, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of street parking, and much much more. It was just a wonderful stay for me. I would rent from Cynthia and Daniel anytime and hope this apartment is available when I make future trips to Denver.

Place was perfect for our stay. Had all our needs and appreciated the quality of pots and pans which is rare on these platforms. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. She even salted the stairs the last day of our trip when it snowed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver. Thanks for a great experience!

Had a really good stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very comfortable. It's small but has everything you could need (including bathrobes, which was a nice touch!). Cindy and Daniel were great hosts, very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend their place.

The home was very comfortable and quaint. The location was perfect and offered easy access to our son’s college at DU. We enjoyed our stay and Cindy was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Refuge on Logon.

We loved our stay at the carriage house! It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The hosts are incredible sweet and helpful. Our favorite part was having access to the balcony in the host’s beautiful backyard oasis. We will be back!

The house was secure and in a convenient location with easy walking access to many shopping and restaurant establishments. It was clean and cozy! The pull out sofa made a great spot to curl up and watch a movie one night when we turned in early. The fish were fun to see. the bees left us alone and were fun to watch.

Great location from which to experience the Denver area. Cynthia was very helpful and the lodging was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities.

I can't say enough about this beautiful place! Daniel and Cindy are wonderful hosts. The carriage house has everything you need to make the stay comfortable. It was very clean and it felt like home. It is located in a safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. Their backyard is a paradise with the plants, pond and bee hives. Cindy sent tickets for the Botanic Garden and Daniel shared honey from their bee hives. It is a convenient place to stay and explore the city.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Logan’s Refuge. It was a great base for our visits to different areas surrounding Denver. The owners are hospitable, prompt and super friendly. We would stay again whenever we return to the area.

I stayed at this property for a week. It was a great jumping off spot for all the sites in the city and beyond. It's very cozy and feels like you are in a tree house. I highly enjoyed my stay here.

This place was perfect! The kitchen was huge with everything we needed! The privacy was great. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants and the owners were courteous and helpful!! Highly recommend!!

Close enough to Denver but quiet neighborhood. Apartment was immaculate. Hosts were lovely. Even learned a few things about honey bees. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed staying at the Carriage House on Logan Street. This was our second stay in this location. Everything was in order at the apartment and it is in easy walking distance to great restaurants. We enjoyed the garden and peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk.

We loved this beautiful cottage tucked in a quiet neighborhood in the city. A true urban oasis. Stunning garden. Wonderful amenities. Extremely clean and well-appointed. We could not have found a better place that suits our interests. It gave us an instant positive impression of the city. Our hosts couldn’t have been more gracious. Highly recommend!

The space is just as described, and has such a restful energy. Lots of staple appliances are stocked in the home, and everything is clean and organized. The gorgeous water feature can be heard through the open windows, adding extra peaceful background sound while you enjoy complementary coffee. Cindy and Daniel are helpful but respectful of space. 10/10 recommend!

Wow. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the care that is taken by Cindy and Daniel to make your stay as seamless as possible. From the check-in to the ease of access to anything needed to the notebook provided with all info on the house and electronics to the pantries filled as though you are at home, you will not miss a beat! I was pleasantly surprised to see how alive this neighborhood is after staying downtown for a few days. It is walkable and also a drive away from anything you could need! I would recommend this spot to anyone especially myself, as a return visitor, when that day comes. Communication was short and sweet dependent on your own energy levels. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cindy Daniel!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Whole area was charming. Was so fun to see a new area in Denver. So much culture and beauty. We absolutely loved the cozy bungalow.

Spacious, modern, and urban getaway that’s close to museums and gardens great for everyone. The waterfall shower head was a great amenity as well as the large kitchen countertops. The different keychains for the doors and gates was a little cumbersome, and the owner’s garage is directly below the bedroom which woke us up a couple mornings.There is no on site parking and the alley way is doable for ride share to get from place to place. Overall happy with Logan St Refuge, but may consider options closer to the core of downtown DEN next stay.All the best!

My stay was absolutely amazing. Most definitely felt like home, perfect for 2 people.

A clean, safe, and cozy place located near downtown. It was particularly cold when I visited, but the carriage was toasty warm. The location was clean, and the directions were clear and to the point. Overall, I was very happy and would book this property again.

Everything thing was outstanding. It was the perfect place for the privacy we desired to participate in our marriage seminar.

We stayed for 10 days and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The dry air was hard on me but the humidifier that is supplied worked really well and made a big difference in my comfort. The kitchen is as spacious as it looks; bed very comfortable, exhaust fan in bathroom is well located and works very quickly. We converted the couch to a bed and it was nice place to hang out in. We hope to return in the spring to enjoy the yard. Overall it’s a relaxing and pleasant unit.

The location is perfect for exploring Denver, clean and spacious, and the hosts are amazing.

The carriage house was clean, well organized, and made our stay enjoyable. The host was available every time we reached out to her and was able to resolve any issues we had. We would definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in town.

Cindy and Daniel’s Logan Street Urban Refuge is just that … a wonderful spot in an urban setting. And n addition to the fantastic garden/patio/coy-pond common space the carriage house itself is well appointed and maintained with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Cindy and Daniel are great hosts who are quick to offer insight and help. You can’t go wrong staying here. We look forward to staying there again.

Everything was exactly as described. We want to stay here again when we're in Denver. Super friendly hosts, very quiet and private, very clean, and the space had everything we needed. Easy to get to Red Rocks Amphitheater from here also.

This was such a beautiful place. Geourgous garden greeted me on the other side of the gate. The apt was so insulated and quiet. I slept like a baby! I had everything i needed and then some with great hosts available at a moments notice. I wish i didnt have to leave!

felt welcome in this oasis-like setting. It was quiet, comfortable, restful, homey, and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. When I needed a spatula, I found three! Talking with the hosts was a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this listing!

We came to Denver for a 2 night visit. Cindy and Daniel’s place was perfectly situated for the Rockies game and the Red Rocks concert we attended. The carriage house was quaint and quite peaceful in a very cool neighborhood. The place was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. The courtyard is a picture of tranquility with the koi pond being the star of the show. Cindy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the pleasure of meeting Daniel in person. We highly recommend Cindy and Daniel’s carriage house!

Cindy and Daniel were wonderful hosts. The carriage house they created above their garage was cozy, modern, and very comfortable. We had the opportunity to enjoy their beautiful backyard garden and pond, and Daniel even gave me a little lesson on his beekeeping hobby! There were several eating places in walking distance from their house, and they allow us to access the Denver Botanic Garden through their membership. I would highly recommend them and if we ever get back to that area, we will definitely stay there again!

This property was perfect for a quick stay in Denver. There are several great dining options within walking distance and we were always able to park less than a half block from the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the unit and it was very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

A beautifully appointed carriage house in a historic Denver neighborhood! The accommodations were immaculate, modern, comfy, and tranquil! Our hosts were so gracious! Privacy, a flowering garden,and a koi pond! A gem!
