Stayed Oct 15, 2025Wonderful property. I love the renovations made, because the home seems to be really old. Not many wall unit plugs in the living room. There is a pull out couch, which is a nice surprise. Freezer has an ice machine. Negative, just a bit MORE outside lighting would be super nice, and helpful for older peeps like me.

Stayed Feb 18, 2024The location of the rental is great. It's close to downtown and FSU. The Ruby Diamond Hall is straight down the road a few blocks and there are many breweries and restaurants nearby. The rental is spacious and has many windows which I loved. The bed is very comfortable and amenities, including the full kitchen made for a perfect stay. My husband and I both worked remotely for a few hours over a couple of days and had plenty of space for this along with great WiFi connections. Sean, the host, was wonderful to work with and Bella, his dog, was a sweet added bonus!

Stayed Nov 9, 2023My husband and I came to Tallahassee to see our son who is a student at FSU. The accomodations were perfect and close to campus! The host was very communicative and accomodating. Most importantly, the place was clean! I would recommend!
