Large group accommodation close to Killarney National Park

Our experience at this beautiful home was absolutely fantastic! The three suites provided more than enough space for our family of 12. Everything was immaculately clean and incredibly cozy. Marge, our host, was exceptional. When my 80-year-old father fell ill during our trip and needed hospital care, she went above and beyond to accommodate us. Her kindness meant the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful. I highly recommend this wonderful home! It's conveniently located near everything, and our trip was simply spectacular. A heartfelt thank you!

The property is very spacious, new with modern accommodations. Nice country road and plenty of parking. Just a couple of miles from downtown Killarney and a short distance to the national park. Our family used all 3 suites. All of them were very nice and clean. Plenty of space and beds.

Margaret was a fantastic property manager. Super helpful and hands on. The home had all the comforts of home and the location was great! And the weather was amazing!

We arrived and were warmly welcomed by Rich and Margaret. The place was perfect. We came with our children their spouses and grands. All of us had a fabulous time there is a window in dining room on 1st floor which overlooks the garden. To watch the children enjoy each other was great The location of the house was wonderful. Close to everything. It was the best

We were a group of 9 family members aged 16-80 and this space was perfect for us. We had plenty of space indoors and out. Everything was very clean and the home had everything we needed including some basic cooking seasonings, etc. Host made sure we were settled and was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood while being close to Muckross. We would definitely stay here again as long as we had a car or driver. Great value!

This was a great location to use as a jumping off point for not only Killarney, but both the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. We enjoyed our time.

Margaret was very responsive in all communications. Location was ideal for Killarney and Ring of Kerry. It was the perfect home for our large group and the set up with 4 suites kept us close but allowed for some privacy for individual families. Home was well stocked and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer in each unit. There were no hidden fees like I read about after I booked this stay. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all 16 adults and kids. House was fantastic, so much space, and a lovely gsrden. Very close to Killarney. Communication with the host was very easy. Couldn't recommend highly enough for large groups.

Ethan House was the perfect place for our family of 12… 1. Love the fact that part of the house is very handicapped friendly … that there are at least the 3 king sz beds! Showers with no lip or very low lips! 2. Love the fact that if you rent the how house you have 3 separate areas for people to disperse to.. sometimes we just need to get away from everyone you just spent a how day with… take a quite moment.. do some laundry.. 3. Love that the kitchen is perfect for everyone to gather…have a meal..play a wicked game of Uno..make plans for the next day.. or those windows are simply perfect for watching the rain fall ! 4. The neighbors horses loved for the kids to come out and just give them a pat! The owner was happy to have them visit the horses! The Ethan House is a very clean home.. it is big and roomy.. we very much appreciated Margaret as our hostess she was very quick with responses when we needed her! If we return to the Killarney area we would most definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Margaret!

This was our favorite place to stay in Ireland. We were traveling with 16 people and had four family groups. This was perfect for us because the home had four different living spaces so we were together but not on top of each other. It is also located in a quiet area. The kids had a ball running around the property playing hide and seek. It’s right by Killarney National Park and minutes from town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
