Guest Favorite Courtside Villa walk to Beach | 2 Pools, Tennis, Balcony | Coligny Area Fun!

Tracy and Dave were great host. My only minor concern was the hot water in the shower was not super hot. Because of a medical condition that I have a very hot shower in the morning limbers my large joint. This is not a complaint and I was able to some relief. I would definitly rent from Tracy and Dave again.

Beautifully furnished condo, close to the beach.

Family of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the space and the responsiveness to questions during our stay. We enjoyed using both of the pools and were very happy with the short walk to the beach.

Very nice, clean and roomy, only a couple of complaints but it’s personal preference only. Could not put the AC below 70 and the bedrooms were hot at night. The ruko TV couldn’t add apps so wasn’t able to add MLB to watch the baseball games. Every thing else was as to be expected.

Our family really enjoyed our trip with the short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Would recommend this Villa!

Great property. Loved the location and short walk to the beach. The pools were great. Property was quiet and as pictured. Only downside is the beds very not very comfortable, so we didn’t sleep very well. I also wish they provided beach/pool towels. It was inconvenient to have to bring ours. Unit was clean. Can’t beat the location!

Loved this unit! Beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well supplied. We could walk or drive to the beach depending on what part we were going to. Beach chairs were available if we needed them. The stairs getting to the unit were not an issue for us. Highly recommended this unit.

this was a great location for us. just 5 min to beach, but connected to all of the biking trails. we walked or rode bike everywhere we went. Perfect place to relax

The host was great staying in contact and answering questions. The villa was in a great location and beach was in easy walking distance. The place was immaculate and the updates were beautiful and modern. Bathrooms extremely clean. Would stay again.

Awesome time as always

We loved the condo and appreciated how comfortable it was. It was easy for me to walk to Coligny Plaza while my family golfed. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to look around the property much, but we still had a great time.

This was a very nice place to stay-it was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and was very close to Coligny Plaza and nice walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. I would rent this unit again.

The property was just as it looked in the photos which is not always the case. It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The weather was not very cooperative during our stay so it was important to be in a space that made staying inside a plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a girls weekend with my sisters and mom. The pools are very nice and the beach is within walking distance. The original listing included 2 bicycles when booking but they were since removed, so you will need to rent bikes if needed. The townhouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. We would rent again.

Very close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Cozy and nicely decorated. Loved having 2 pools. Also 2.5 baths was good. Thank you for a Beautiful week!

This villa is close to Coligny beach. We never had an issue finding parking. The villa is spacious and very clean! They have beach chairs and wagon available, which is a plus. The bedrooms were clean and had ceiling fans. The kitchen has all necessities to make a meal. The pool closest to the villa is well maintained. We never used the other pool. We would stay here again.
