The property is absolutely beautiful! Fabulous view and very comfortable. Location is close to downtown Fallbrook and not too far from local wineries and Temecula. The owner's were great hosts, supplying guests with really everything you will need. Also so lovely, they had a bottle of wine, chocolate, sparkling and bottled water as well as a wonderful charcuiterre board upon our arrival. Oh and our grandchildren were welcome. We will absolutely stay again soon! Thank you!!

Fully equipped kitchen, clean place, comfortable furniture and bed/bedding, and super nicely landscaped tropical yard and patio was superb. Paul, and Sandy and Jack were lovely hosts, as usual!

Great location with beautiful vistas. Host made sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay. Host was very responsive. I noticed the bathroom window was open which made me slightly uncomfortable but other than that it was an amazing experience.

We just loved! staying at the beautiful “touch of Tuscany” hilltop location! Private parking and entrance and view over the town of Fallbrook and surrounding mountains. Paul and Sandy always have a sweet place and a couple nice smiles and friendly hellos for me when I return here each year. This place is heaven. 360 degree views and very quiet and the flowers and landscaping is immaculate!

My wife and I spent 40 days at this very nice guest house in Fallbrook. The location was perfect with beautiful views to the south. The house had all of the amenities that we were looking for---washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, Netflix, Peacock and other streaming channels. 30 minutes to the beach in Oceanside, beach towels, chairs and umbrella were furnished. Very close to downtown Fallbrook where every Saturday there was a street fair. The hosts were very accomodating and we had a bottle of wine, chocolates, snack bars and biscotti upon our arrival. We had our own patio area with bbq. Close to Temecula, Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Lots of wineries in the area. Will definitley consider this rental for next summer.

Our 2nd visit to this fabulous place. As nice as the first time! Beautiful location and views. Hosts are lovely.

This has to be by far the best place we've ever stayed at! The location is Fallbrook which is not only a smaller community, but very quaint and lovely. The couple that run this place were nice and friendly and offered help if we needed it. Check in and out was easy and simple. We will be using them again on our next vaca to California!!!
