Efficiency, Like New Close to Palo Duro Canyon & WTA&M

I stayed in the unit for 2 nights to assist my daughter move into a new apartment in Canyon. The unit was nice and close to my daughter. Worth another stay in the future!

Property was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The property was in a very pretty country setting, very peaceful and quiet. Very cute little cabin and the Property owner's were very accomodating, checking to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very clean and cozy little place, surprisingly well equipped with all the things you might need. Very close to Palo Duro Canyon. Made our trip very pleasant.

The host was very welcoming, recommended lunch places, and had a porch light on for us and the heat going when we got there.

Perfect place for my husband and son to stay while visiting WT. Convienant location to the school farm and Ag buildings.

Communication was great, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the quiet location and the proximity to town and to the Palo Duro Canyon. Charming cabin was comfortable for 3 adults, and the trundle bed was a welcome surprise! We each had our own bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Quaint & Quiet All that I was looking for was there. One recommendation is to move full size bed away fr the wall a foot since a/c unit is tight there.Lovely hostess (&host)

It was a fun family trip that we had and staying in this cozy cabin that was close to the Palo Duro park and town was a really nice convenience. The owners were friendly and the place was clean with nice amenities.

Cute and clean. The owners were friendly. The shower is a little clunky because it is teeny tiny and raised off the floor on a platform. But other than that, it was a great place to stay.

My sister and I rent the small house, everything is excellent and especially the coffee

this is perfectly located for visiting Palo Duro State Park. Close to park so you can visit early, spend hot park of day in comfort of air conditioning, and go back to park in evening. Also super close to lots of restaurants in Canyon, Tx and Amarillo, Tx. Also about 1.5 hours to Caprock Canyon State Park so visiting both is easy!
