Easy Walk to Beach, Pool & Tennis, Beautifully Updated, Private Patio w/gas grill - Bring the Family

This was our fifth stay in Palmetto Dunes, our third stay in this exact Queens Grant unit. The location is amazing. Very quiet, private feel. Unfortunately this stay there was some noisy construction, but what can you do. Less than a five minute walk to the general store or tennis/pickleball. 15 minute walk to the beach. The unit is spacious and has everything you need to get started with your stay. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes and cookware. The only things we really found ourselves missing were scissors (there were meat scissors) and a pizza cutter. Part of the reason we keep coming back to this particular location is the private washer/dryer and gas grill. Both must haves for us. Our first stay in this unit was in 2020. Nothing seems to have really been updated in the five years except I believe the kitchen sink. The unit as a whole would benefit from a little TLC. One beam on the ceiling looked potentially moldy. Overall we were very happy and comfortable with our stay. The space is really perfect for a family of four.

Great location and clean! First time staying at Queens Grant and we loved the location, close to everything. Only con is if you cook you need to pack cooking pans not a lot to choose from.

This is our third stay at this condo. We love Palmetto Dunes and this condo has a perfect location. You are close to beach, pool, golf, tennis and Pickelball. There are also lots of restaurants close by. You can walk to the famous Dunes House for lunch or dinner that sits right on beach with nightly entertainment! We had a great time, perfect weather and hope to return soon!

Overall the condo was clean and sufficient for our four night stay. The unit and parking were easily accessible to carry in luggage and groceries. There were plenty of towels and starter items when we arrived. The iTrip customer service provided excellent customer support with rapid response time to any of our needs. Unfortunately, the clothes dryer was not able to be used and we reported the issue. Repair was not possible during our stay but we did get a credit of 75.00 the week after check out. It was disappointing we packed accordingly based on the amenities and wonder why the previous guests or cleaning crew would not have reported it prior to our stay.

We had a great stay in our villa! It was a quick bike ride to the beach and the general store was within walking distance! Palmetto Dunes is a great place to stay! We will be back sometime for sure!

Location is a plus. Condo was as advertised. Our grandson, however, said the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was furnished really well and it was well worth the money. It was not overpriced at all. The only thing I would improve was that the thermostat doesn’t go below 66 and I usually keep mine at like 62 because I have breathing problems Other than that it was great

1st time renting. It was such an awesome experience. Everything was provided for us. The book of of maps of the area, good resturaunts and places to go. Thank you for making our family stay so wonderful.

Stayed here for four nights and did not have any issues. iTrip Team was quick and easy to respond to if anything was needed. All appliances / grill worked and short walk to everything you needed in the area. Family all agreed to reserve this again on our return to Hilton Head.

First time to Hilton Head, and we loved the Palmetto Dunes area! This condo is centrally located - Short drive to beach with easy access and beautiful bike paths. Condo has lots of space and was clean. Love that they provided so much info in advance - highly recommend downloading PDF or app while on the way.

This unit had all the parts necessary to have a great vacation experience: clean and well maintained, comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen, and great location.

We liked that this condo was close to beach access. We enjoyed our stay but it definitely needs to be updated.

We had a great time. The space was perfect for our family of 5 . Location was close to the beach. Loved the private patio and grill space. Customer service was outstanding and prompt when our shower head needed to be replaced. Would definitely stay here again.

Was the perfect vacation stay for our family of four. Short walk to the beach, access to multiple pools, overall perfect for the whole week.

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, great communication, although emails are very long they do have a lot of useful information. Loved being able to text with questions, received prompt responses and assistance! Location is wonderful as well. This was our first time in Hilton Head, we will definitely come back year after year! Huge thank you to the host and property managers!

This condo did the job but was nothing to write home about. Seemed pretty dated and a bit tired. Biggest downer was the outside patio. Not a comfortable place to gather. Other units in Queens Grant seemed to have a nicer setup. We flew to Hilton Head, so it would have been nice to have more beach amenities. No beach towels provided. The location is great. Easy walk to beach, general store, fishing spots, and Hilton Head Outfitters, where we rented kayaks and bikes. The property management company is great and provided lots of communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves/ everything was clean and In Good repair.

Great place- mattresses on Murphy beds are not for adults that weigh between 150 and 200+. Would be ok for kids or may need replaced. Could not get TV on in main room but was so busy we didn’t need it on

Say YES to this condo. We stayed the month of May and had so much fun. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable with a private deck. The best thing though is the location- close to pool, golf, pickelball/tennis, beach and Dunes House! We hope to come back and definitely recommend this place! We love Hilton Head!!
