We had a great stay!!

Great property while visiting my daughter who lives down the street. The property was very clean and the host provided anything and everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay!

Bruce was an excellent host! Communication was great, reached out periodically and responded to my messages immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was so cute -- equipped with every detail that you would need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, games in the living room. The jacuzzi was an extra bonus and welcomed after a long day of hiking!

The house was clean and cozy! The amenities were exceptional… never stayed at a place where the attention to details made us feel like home!!!!Thank you so much!

Bruce was very generous with amenities. The house was well stocked. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after long hikes it was so nice to sooth our sore muscles.

Amazing place to stay. Large guest house, very clean and everything needed to have a wonderful stay. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. A great bonus to have. Host answered promptly and offered plenty of assistance. Would stay at again.

Quaint detached southwestern guest house. Nice extras included like complimentary snacks and bottles of water in the refrigerator. Quiet residential community not too far from the U of A. Bruce, the owner, is very accommodating.

We stayed at the guesthouse for 7 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The property had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us. It is a block from the bike blvd to catch the loop 4 miles away, or a short drive to various parking spots along the loop. Pickleball courts, shopping, the University, and great restaurants are all within a mile or two. The quiet neighborhood and private backyard with the hot tub were icing on the cake. Bruce and his wife were excellent hosts and very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t recommend their place more highly and would stay again next time we are in Tucson.

Hosts did a great job with communication and stocking the accommodation. We were there during a cold spell and the casita did get cold—fortunately we could control heat and there were extra blankets. Hot tub was a bonus since we spent most days hiking. Quiet neighborhood and close to the college campus.

This place is terrific! The house itself was ideal - very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. In addition, the location is excellent - close to the downtown area, University of Arizona campus, and easy access to the freeway. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by as well. Our host, Bruce, was a pleasure. Very responsive to our needs, no matter how minor, and extremely easy to get a hold of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We booked this property to visit our WC on Family Weekend and it was perfect! The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of space, and every detail was attended to (real cream for coffee!, snacks, games, toiletries). We only stayed the weekend, but would be comfortable for longer stays as well. Everything was well documented, so it was easy to become acclimated (light switches were labeled, as well as cabinets ) and we felt comfortable right away. We definitely took advantage of the hot tub on both nights of our stay. After walking around all day on Saturday, it was just perfect. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Host communication was excellent! We definitely recommend staying here!

Close to campus. Very clean and accomadating hosts. I would highly recommendation staying here vs other hotels in area if you want to be by campus

Place was exactly as advertised, very creative spa and private area, plenty of amenities and easy to cook, clean etc. Would recomend to anyone
