Stayed Mar 22, 2021Wonderful, clean, enjoyable experience. Ground floor studio in cute neighborhood. There is a bike lane right out front, so great for cyclists! Mini fridge/freezer and microwave great for Trader Joe's frozen meals! Comfy, firm mattress. Everything is provided. Can't beat the price point. Would absolutely book again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969easy to get in and out of the area. Place had everything described, the only thing is it is in a basement so there was a little musty smell but other then that it was fine

Stayed Jun 3, 2020My boyfriend and I were taking a short trip to Jacksonville and wanted to save some money. The listing of this place seemed decent and we couldn’t beat the price. Upon arriving we were pleased with the location but the listing did not make it clear that this is in the basement of an older home. When we opened the door the smell of musk/mold made staying there unbearable. I have asthma and couldn’t even stand being in there for 20 min. We decided to unload our things and go grab some dinner and decide if we were going to be able to tough it out. Once we got back we decided it wasn’t worth it to stay and ended up paying for a hotel. David was easy to contact the next day and I explained to him what had happened. He was sympathetic and told me he’d never experienced any smells before but he would check it out. Later that afternoon I received a VRBO message that he did not smell anything and that we could cancel our reservation but only get a refund if they were able to rebook the place. I did not get a refund which isn’t more important than our healthy/enjoying our stay. Happy with the decision to cancel the reservation.

Perfectly located in San Marco with easy access to downtown, San Marco, and southside, this property is just right for anyone visiting the area for work or vacation. Nicely appointed suite with hotel-style amenities (mini-fridge, coffeemaker, fully-stocked bathroom, large screen TV, etc.). Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed Oct 25, 2019All as stated in the ad. Bed comfortable, lovely bathroom, quiet location, separate entrance so as not to disturn owners. parking good. TV Firestick easy to use. just wished the Internet speed was better. 0.05Mbs was too low to use computer. overall, I was pleased with the accomodation.
