Communication with the owner was excellent—she answered all my questions right away. Check-in was a breeze with the keyless entry.The suite is spotless, well-organized, and feels brand new. The front room is spacious with plenty of seating, and the pull-out couch is perfect for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample space to cook and dine. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of closet space, and the bathroom has a great shower with perfect water pressure.Parking was easy, and the entire stay was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again. A perfect 10/10!

The VRBO was clean, comfortable, well maintained and easily accessible to family we were visiting and the airport.

Such a clean and well kept place. It was exactly what the pictures showed and described. Plenty of close by stores and overall get communication. If I’m ever back in the are, will definitely look to book here again.

The property was in great location however it could have been a little cleaner. Owner was great to work with and responded in timely manner to questions and issues.

We were in town visiting some family for a few days. This was the perfect place for me and my daughter to stay. It was only about a mile to the closest grocery store/food/starbucks which we even walked to one day. Great area & clean. It seems to maybe be attached to another residence? Like maybe a mother-in-law suite. No stove but we didn’t really need it. Occasionally we could hear the laundry going or the people above us but they did have an Alexa that we played white noise on and that covered any extra noise we may have heard outside. Overall very pleased with this place and even recommended it to my mom for when she comes out this summer.

I enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. I would definitely stay here again. The house had everything I needed for our short fishing trip. The house was clean and well maintained.

Clean and tidy and well organized. It seemed to have all necessary amenities and then some. A very comfortable bed. A good TV with Roku (could have used some instructions on where to go for frequently watched local and national news channels) I would have liked to receive door code and specific instructions a little sooner than 30 minutes before my arrival time. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The owner and/or occupant of the rest of thew house was noisy at nite. there was a scrapping and or clawing sound on and off all nite and it was impossible to sleep. do not stay at this vrbo unless you are deaf

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Golden Eagle, and this turned out to be the perfect place for our family of 3. It is very clean, modern, and comfortable, plus it was only 7 minutes from the fields.

Area was very clean, just as listed and had plenty of room. Price was better than local hotels. My only complaint would be that there was only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths and 1 roll of toilet paper even though we stayed for 3 nights. But I would recommend this place as an option for the Reno area.

A nice place to stay that fit our needs perfectly. Easy check in. Located near the area we used to live. Clean with all the things we needed for our stay.

Quit place to rest and recuperate.

We saved hundreds by staying here. Mostly on food but also comparing the price of a room directly to GSR. Note: there is no oven. But there is a microwave, stovetop, toaster, blender, coffee machine and full size fridge /freezer. We used it all. Our 9 yr old slept on the pull out couch (which was very large) in the living room and we had our own bedroom with a lockable door. We also used the washer/dryer. Very clean & tastefully decorated place in a nice neighborhood. We had a very comfortable stay, highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the Reno area! Super clean and pretty, with absolutely everything we needed! This was our second stay here, and we will most certainly be back! Highly recommend this place!

Just like shown, quite neighborhood, it was perfect location for us - family lives 8 minutes away, only 20 minutes from downtown Reno, has most of what you need right around here, enjoyed out stay!

Overall, the place was as advertised. While we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t realize there was no oven. Not a deal breaker, but put an adjustment in our plans. Very nice and would stay there again nonetheless.

My husband needs a walker to ambulate and it was easy to get around the unit, with exception of a step to enter.
