Stayed Apr 9, 2026Happy, repeat visitor. The studio is immaculately clean, well appointed with every amenity. The dedicated parking spot was appreciated and communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend and will stay again when the occasion presents itself.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026Nice quiet neighborhood. Converted garage exactly as advertised. Good shower and bed, didn’t cook so can’t tell you about that. Way better than a hotel by the freeway.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025Lots of good to say about this place. It's basically a tiny house. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a full shower/ bath. The window a/c window unit works well, and there are floor fans. Everything is clean, and the bed is comfortable. It's nice to have a designated parking spot. Wi fi is good. Locale is great. The only negatives are the tiling in the bathroom is mouldy and patched, in need of regrouting. And the walls/ base boards/ trim need repainting. Plus, you have to use your own passwords to watch Netflix, Prime, or Roku on the TV.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024This studio was nicely appointed and had a comfortable bed. Do be aware that the entrance is down an alley, which made me a bit uncomfortable when walking at night. It is also no larger than a hotel room. But it was a quiet respite from my 3 days of meetings.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This place was great for our needs: a Kuerig, a shower and a bed were all we really needed. Walked the SMU campus and breakfasted at La Madeline. Lower Greenville Ave was a great place to be!

Stayed Dec 5, 2023It seems like the property owners thought of everything. The space is small but very well utilized. It was difficult lining up lyft drivers for the alley access but otherwise this place is perfect!
