Nice clean property located near Asheville and many hiking/fishing spots!
Nice little loft with all the amenities. Katie and family are great hosts. Only one small glitch is the Roku feed stopped half way through a movie. Was too late at night to bother, we needed the sleep anyway!! Maybe a bigger chair for lounging. Beautiful place!!
What a quaint loft ! We really enjoyed our stay . The loft was so comfy and cozy with lovely touches. Kathryn really does a great job making it feel like a 5 star !
What a great place! Spotlessly clean, and lots of extremely thoughtful touches throughout. The location is safe and easy to find. We'll definitely stay here again!
Stayed for a quiet/relaxing Thanksgiving. With the Mini fridge and microwave, we were able to warm up a nice little Turkey dinner. It was a cute little spot.
Loved that we were welcomed with our dog. Cute, amazing and comfortable place .. not large( please don't judge) It was perfect to accommodate... everything you need. Lovely!! Do not hesitate to book unless I have a reservation!!!!
This property was such an amazing little vacation. I absolutely loved staying here. The Host gave her recommendations for local attractions and food which was very helpful.
This vrbo is perfect for a short stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Super happy to find pet friendly listings. The host was very accommodating and left lots of recommendations for the stay.
We felt like we were in our own home! The Cozy Guest Suite is exactly like the pictures & beautifully decorated. The place was super clean! Katy thought of every detail you may need such as; coffee pods, coffee cups, wine glasses, cork screw bottle opener, 2 beautiful glasses for water, bottle of fresh water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap. q-tips, cotton balls, bobby pins & a box of tissue. We even found in the little cabinet doors a pair of slippers for a lady & a man. And even 2 feeding dishes if you bring your dog. She even had candles & lighter! I need to emphasize that the linens & kitchen items are of high quality, not what some places may have that they got at a 2nd hand store. What impressed me more the accommodations, is that every day, Katy would email us through VRBO with suggestion of where we go for coffee, breakfast and where to go to see some breathtaking views of the mountains. Lake Junaluska was about 15 -20 minutes away and has beautiful walking path around the lake. We enjoyed it so much that we went there twice! One morning, Katy surprised us with homemade muffins & note card. CONS: There are a lot of stairs, so consider this if you have knee problems. And the bed is a double size (also known as full size). We didn't have any problem with this. Thank you Katy for being an awesome host.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was such a beautiful view and had most everything we needed. We enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog it was so nice to take her off of the leash and let her run around a bit after having her travel in the car with us all day. We felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. After our long day of hiking and apple picking it was the perfect cozy little place to come home to. Sitting out by the fire pit area was a nice relaxing moment to the end of our night. We really enjoyed watching the horses and goats behind the house and just enjoying the outdoors! There was only a few things that caught our attention. The trash cans are very small, bring a larger bag for your needs. If you have a blanket hog, bring an extra blanket, we struggled to keep the blanket/sheets on both of us throughout the night. Forks and spoons were provided but no knives. These were very miniscule details and overall I would recommend this property to anybody traveling to this area. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely a 10/10 recommend in my book!
