City Guesthouse in beautiful Historic Downtown Sanford

My husband and I are so thrilled to have found this little gem of a rental while visiting our son and his family. The location was perfect, a short walk from downtown Sanford's resturants,shops and Lake Monroe. All ammenties listed in the discription are available as written, along with safe parking, and great communcation with the owners. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We will plan on staying again when traveling to Sanford.

The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse.

The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts control completely and were very pleasant and accommodating!

Great place for the 2 of us and awesome location.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely location while in town to attend a wedding. We both agree that the location is perfect! So close to everything…wedding venue, historic downtown, coffee spots and restaurants! The guesthouse was exactly as expected from the description and was very clean and comfortable (my top 2 must haves!) We will definitely return for another stay when in the Sanford area!

Super clean and modern, every tiny detail exquisitely managed. Great location, easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. The hosts were super nice and easy to work with and the bed was really comfortable

My college aged daughter spent the summer in this cozy cottage in the lovely town of Sanford, FL while she was working as an college intern over the summer. The cottage was lovely and had most amenities needed for the lengthy stay. Jose and Claudia were always available and helpful if she ever needed anything. Thanks for looking after her with your wonderful hospitality while she was so far away…
