Beautiful property in nice quite neighborhood. Easy access.

The location could not be more perfect for us when we are visiting our Butler University student. The private room is so comfy, cozy with plenty of space. The hosts have thought of every convenience to make our stay so nice. And it’s always so clean (this is our second stay). There will be more stay here in our future!!

Exactly how it looks in the listing. It was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is right on campus. The host was always in touch and ready to help out if needed. It was like staying at a nice relatives home.

I stayed a full week at this property while attending a conference on the Butler University campus, and am so glad I chose it over a hotel room! It is spacious, scrupulously clean and very private. The neighborhood is charming, and since the campus police department is just down the street, it is quite safe. I was able to walk to all my events on campus without worry, even the evening ones. The host is responsive to inquiries, gracious and friendly, but not intrusive. Since the rental space is above the attached garage (with your own entry door), there is sound separation. Truly a private sanctuary. Thanks, Paul, for sharing your space with me this week!

With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!

We came to Indianapolis to see the Indiana Fever women’s basketball team play a game. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed seeing parts of the city that Paul, our host, recommended to us. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the neighborhood we stayed in

Excellent property and location. A gem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was located above the garage area and very private. We met our host at the property and he was very nice yet not intrusive. The area felt very safe as the surrounding homes were well kept and beautiful. The campus police department was about a block down the street. We were there for a wedding but were able to explore the area a bit. We would definitely recommend Paul’s VRBO listing and would stay again if we’re even in the area.
