Blue Horizons Guest House - Room # 8

The property had everything you could ask for. The room was spacious, clean and no critters. The room attendant cleaned the room and made the bed every two days. There was a full kitchen and refrigerator and all utensils. The bathroom was tidy, plenty of towels including a beach towel as well as shampoo and hair conditioner and several body washes. The pool outside was clean and well maintained. Whenever I called for assistance, the phone was answered on the first or second ring and my requests were met promptly with great care. I’d like to say that the most impressive part of the stay was the host. Her name is Brenda Augustus-Spencer. She was the hostess with the most accommodating spirit, gracious demeanor and sincerely helpful and impeccable manners. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay. It is in a great location. Close to fantastic beaches, tour sites, Hamilton and everything! When I return to Bermuda, I will be staying at this property once again! Loved everything about this place. You’ve got to try it! Brenda was very nice. The Air Conditioning unit isn't strong enough to cool the entire place, so I was asked to use the accordion doors to seal off the bedroom from the kitchen area and the bathroom. It was quite humid in the bathroom, so that was a negative. I stayed during July, so perhaps in other months it's not a big deal. I was able to take a walk to some of the parks which overlook the ocean and that was really nice.
