Stayed Jul 11, 2025The place is clean and its very conveniently located right in the middle of Old San Juan. It is an old building but it adds to the experience. The only reason it does not have 5 stars is that it is loud as hell in the night. If you like the night life with all the bars and restaurantes at your fingertips this is for you. If you want to sleep I strongly don't recommend this place. The loud music and loud people lasts all not. They even know this and provided ear plugs to help you block the noise. That was funny. Overall it was a nice stay. Very convenient and the employee there very helpfull.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025We stayed here one night, my fiance, my 9yr old son, and myself. Downstairs is a futon bed that was great for him, it did get a little warm down there, but not unbearable or anything. Little refrigerator, which was nice to have. The bathroom was actually nicer than we though it would be, small, but clean and bright. The upstairs has one bed, a queen i think. Just fine for the two of us. Needs a table upstairs, there is nothjng to put your stuff on but the floor. There is access to a cool balcony as well. It was fun hanging out there and peole watching. However, the doors on the ends that lead out there are actually other rooms, so be quiet! We went out there and were having coffee jist after sunrise and accidentally woke the folks up that were in that room. We werent being loud, just our voices chatting woke them up, so keep that in mind. Honestly we kinda felt like we had to be really quiet the entire time we were there. Also, it is right next to some cool bars , which is cool, but the music pumps untill pretty late at night. Didnt really bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, its another thing to keep in mind. All in all, it was good for the one night, but i dont think we would have wanted to stay more than that. The building itself is really old, which is kinda cool.
