Stayed Sep 15, 2024Lived in Seattle for years. Ballard is a good neighborhood: feels safe, good restaurants (some within a block or two), interesting local sights on the water - all walkable - if a few hills and a mile or maybe more is in your range. Pike Market is a fairly easy drive away. This is a clean, comfortable, almost new home with off street parking, upscale kitchen and comfortable bed.
