The 300 Sq Ft Casita ( Separate from the main House ) was built in 1925 and recently updated is tucked away in a lovely established and historic neighborhood very close (walking distance) to The Edison Ford Winter Estates. Downtown Ft. Myers is a walkable distance if you are accustomed to walking but may be a little far for some. Just a 6-7 dollar Uber to downtown. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I live in the main Residence in Front. Safe Travels and enjoy stay!

Stayed May 8, 2025The Cabana was in a beautiful neighborhood and the location couldn’t have been better! It was perfect for me and my husband—peaceful, cozy, and just what we needed. The privacy was amazing, and we truly felt like we had our own little escape. It was also just a short drive to the beach and downtown, which made exploring super easy. Steve was so friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. 10/10 recommend, and we’re already planning another getaway to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 23, 2023Had a fantastic time during my stay. The location was perfect, as it is in Fort Myers, while being close to both Cape Coral and Naples. The casita is the perfect size for a solo traveler with my medium size dog like myself or a couple. Owner was great with communication from before booking straight through my stay and afterwards. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking. Highly recommend this great property!!

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Our flight got in after dark but it was very easy to get there. The host was great with all instructions and was prompt with all replies.
