Nice place, you have everything you could need close at 10 or less min driving. The hot tube is a little exposed and with wind gets cold.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Had to call host and he returned by messaging in a timely matter. Bed was very comfortable-medium firm.We didn’t require glamour or excess amenities. This is a clean, nice place at a good price.

We stayed for 3 nights. The place was very clean and seemed to be very safe. The hot tub was really nice. The big eye on the stove didn’t work and neither did the oven but we had the gas grill to fall back on so no real grief there. Everything else was exceptionally nice except for some strange pictures on the walls. Never did figure those out. I’d give it an 8 out of 10

Exactly as described, hot tub was a huge plus and very much enjoyed. Safe spot, easy to get to and understand parking, check in, ext. Host was responsive when needed as well! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing little bungalow tucked away in a very tranquil area!!! I have stayed at this zenful retreat a few times and absolutely love the location, the bungalow, and the customer satisfaction from the owner!!! This is definitely a must stay when visiting Asheville!!! :)

It was what was needed to change up the scenery for a bit and celebrate my hubby birthday. Basically everything was as it was described. And we have no real complaints. Mánager was responsive once we got his contact info. Stated that he doesn’t get notices from this site very well. So he will respond just maybe a bit later. Like the next day. Outside this it was great stay as I stated.

The hose was amazing, he answered any questions that I had and within a timely manner, the hot tub was my favorite part, but all together he was just a cute little apartment!

If your looking for a peaceful, serene, and tranquil oasis, this is it!!! A whimsical safe haven with a spa like experience!!! Great covered parking into the rental out of the weather!!!!Loved the enclosed porch with hot tub!!! Wooded area was very nice!! Close to downtown with easy access!!! Definitely will be returning!!! Overall the bed was comfy and everything clean except for the cobwebs. We had most everything needed in kitchen but salt/pepper would have been nice. Our biggest problem was it’s dated and needs a facelift with old paint and bathroom. The small ac unit blows warm air too small for the space. The modern pictures we hated preferred the wall art that the original listing shows earth and natural. This art creeped me out.

My husband and I came to Asheville to go to the Biltmore. We wanted somewhere close to stay and this little place was perfect. Karl kept us up on anything happening at the apartment. Would stay here again. apartment

This place is absolutely awesome. Would stay again without hesitation. Places to eat really close but doesn't feel like it at all on the property.

The property was a good stay for a night or two. It is a one bedroom, one bath with kitchen and den which are an open floor plan above a garage with screened in porch. Steep stairs to the apt/loft. The unit was clean other than floors slick. The hot tub nice. No real check in or out process. Door code was published in VRBO write-up? No additional deadbolt on door. The property owner was not communicative until 10pm on our last night of our stay after 2 messages sent. We did not have access to WIFI for the 2 days stay due to not knowing the router name or pw. Need to fix the shower plunger as it takes force to push in to activate the shower. Again, communicating with property owner through VRBO site was not effective .

Nice and clean, lovely little screened porch with hot tub, easy to get an Uber, straight shot to Biltmore Village. I expect we will be back!

I planned to stay in a quiet tree house, like one bedroom with a hot tub, ahead of a more extended trip to work. The place had cobwebs all over. The kitchen was poorly stocked, and no real pots to make a bowl of pasta. The kitchen table that I planned to work on in the photo did not exist; it was a high top for two. Then, a squirrel decided to take up residence on the porch where I planned to spend my evenings. When I suggested the host call animal control, he wanted to send me a link about the squirrel. It was so tame that it tried to jump in my lap. And the A/C was an ancient single-window unit that did not cool the bedroom down. Not something I signed up for.

Had an internet issue but Karl called and I was able to get on later. Cute and nice place to stay. Porch and living area cushions could have better support, felt like sitting on a board. Easy fix. Loved the porch area.

First of all Karl was extremely kind and accommodating. The photos online do not do this place justice. upon arriving we traveled down a little stone road and our place was in the very back. We had our own carport, surrounded by woods, a small wooden bridge that lead to a beautiful wooded area with a firepit. We walked in through the screened in porch which we saw the beautiful hot tub and propane firepit. We got our code from Karl and proceeded up a flight of stairs into an extremely clean beautifully decorated kitchen and living room. The bedroom was also very clean with an attached bathroom. The decor around the place was super cool too. Although it shared a space with another guest, you are completely separated, and could not hear the other neighbor. Their entrance is on the other side of the property which is also secluded off from ours. We were able to enjoy our privacy, in a secluded peaceful space. We enjoyed the hot tub late at night and having a firepit right next to it and a backyard view of the woods was the best part. Karl was always available if we needed anything, and despite what other reviews said, it was in a neighborhood but tucked away down a long stone driveway. We’ve stayed at many places in Asheville and this was by far our favorite. Air conditioning worked amazing and the living room tv and couch was a nice. Highly recommend to anyone that wants that nice private secluded space in the woods, that is extremely close to downtown, and much more.
