This is a studio-style guest house that is detached from the main house with its own separate entrance, so you will be given all the privacy you need. We are located less than a mile down the street from Texas Christian University & Magnolia St., and a short drive away from downtown Fort Worth, the Stockyards, AT&T

Stayed May 7, 2025This is my second stay at this nice studio. It’s perfect for one or two people and it’s proximity to TCU makes it a great location for quick visits with my son and a great home base for move out. Dylan & family are so kind and great with communication. I really appreciate their hospitality and plan to return.

Stayed May 8, 2024I chose the property on a quick visit to Fort Worth to move my son out of TCU. The property is clean and close to the university with easy access to everything. Hosts were very kind and had great communication. It’s small but has everything you need for a nice stay including easy off street parking.

Stayed Jan 12, 2024My husband and I took a weekend away for our anniversary. This was a perfect location for resting while enjoying the city perks. Clean, cute and a great location to bop around Fort Worth with ease.
