2nd Street Retreat: Cozy Studio -So Close You Can Walk/Bike Downtown Bentonville

Great location, great communication!

Very sweet and comfortable!! Everything you could ever need tucked into a cute little apartment ❤️ has stuff to cook full meals and clean up. Laundry if needed. Even a sewing kit and first aid now who does that nowadays!! Will be staying agin!!

It was the cutest little place. It had all the amenities I needed and close to restaurants and Crystal Bridges. Decorated so nicely and has snacks and coffee. I wanted to move in!

Super welcoming. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Good value. Parking space has plenty of room. Private enough. What more can you ask for?

We enjoyed our stay in the 2nd Street Retreat. The location was great. Walking distance to downtown area. The amenities were awesome from the snacks provided to all the extra touches. The host Michelle was quick to respond and was very accommodating! Can’t wait to visit again!

It was a very cute place and very close to the downtown area. We could walk to the Walmart museum! We really enjoyed Bentonville!

Great cottage apartment. All amenities worked and there were complimentary snacks and coffee. I would recommend. Just a few blocks to downtown and i walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

The Blue Flower was the perfect home away from home on our road trip across country. The bike storage shed really came in handy to store our two mountain bikes. Michele has thought of everything, from stocked bottled water, coffee and snacks to all the decorative touches that made the space comfortable and easy to fall into on our stay. The location is perfect for walking downtown to the square, and the Coler area for mountain biking was a short 10 minute drive. We would definitely book here again.

The 2nd Street Retreat was very attractive in decor, clean, and within walking distance to the Downtown Square and biking trails. It even had a shed for bike storage, which was a plus. The host added nice little touches like bottled water, snacks, coffee pods, laundry detergent and quality shampoo/conditioner and soap. We highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Michelle had really good taste decorating this cozy space and making sure she thought of everything. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Location was ideal-easy quick walk to downtown (plenty of restaurants!). I would certainly stay here again.

The 2nd Street Retreat was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything - the kitchen was stocked nicely, linens and towels were nice quality and clean, wonderful quiet location. You can tell through the details that they care, from the available umbrella, bike shed with key, board games, cute soap dish, shades on door windows, organic soaps, complimentary snacks, the list goes on. Will definitely stay here again!

I love this location - I have also stayed in the next door hideaway and love them both. They are perfect for my work travel to Bentonville - it feels so comfortable like a home away from home. Has everything I need and so close to downtown and the biking/running trails.

This listing had everything we needed. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Snacks, water, coffee! (Even an umbrella.)

The Blue House is a clean, comfortable, surprisingly large studio within easy walking distance to downtown Bentonville. It’s situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood about 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy all the offerings from the square and then walk home for a good night’s sleep. A perfect spot - I’ve stayed here multiple times and would absolutely stay here again.

Very cute one bedroom flat with everything we needed to have a comfortable and great time in Bentonville. We enjoyed coffee, snacks and water that the owner provided. Also it was an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and great breweries. The bed was super comfortable. I definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The studio was decorated very nicely and was actually quite spacious feeling. I was very comfortable there, and the location is ideal. I will definitely stay here again!

The pictures were accurate and the space was very nice. Special touches of providing bottled water and snacks were much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.
