Stunning 5-bedroom farmhouse within easy reach of North Devon beaches

It is our second Xmas at mullacott cottages and our 6th visit as a family. It is a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and we made more family memories :

We had a wonderful stay at Higher Mullacott Farmhouse. We were 2 families with teenage children and there was plenty of space for us all including lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was great, very well stocked and good space to cook and socialise. Thank you for the welcome gift of scones, milk etc. It was always lovely and warm and really comfortable. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed the table tennis despite the windy weather. Good recycling options too. Information beforehand was very clear and helpful including how to find the property, parking and what was included. Location was close to the coast for beach and cliff top walks and arcades for the teenagers! We also visited Lynton and Lynmouth, and Watermouth Castle which were close by. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fabulous property for a multi generational, family holiday. Very well equipped with everything we needed. We all loved the kitchen space and really appreciated the cream tea left for our arrival.

Ideal for a family of 10. Plenty of space within the house. Well appointed. Extensive areas outside for the children. Arrival package much appreciated. We loved it!

The farmhouse was a great place to stay for an 80th birthday celebration with all the family. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for 12 of us aged from nearly two to 80. The children really enjoyed the large garden with all its facilities. There are lots of lovely places to visit and fabulous beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton.

We had such a great stay for a 40th and 70th birthday with all the family. Fab location and had everything we needed and more.

Excellent property, idea for a large group. We were a large family looking to have a week celebrating a milestone birthday, the property was everything we were looking for, clean, well equipped, excellent location. We had a minor issue which was resolved extremely quickly. The kitchen area was perfect for family meals. The bedrooms were spacious. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful place! We had a really special Christmas at Higher Mullacott Farm. The house is so cosy and comfortable, yet it is spacious enough for 10. It is very well-equipped, and well-located for coastal walks and beaches. I can highly recommend this lovely farmhouse for a family break.
