Stayed Mar 8, 2025Everything was amazing on our stay. Great views from the patio and balconies. The interior was spotless, beds comfortable and lots of areas to spread out and relax or watch TV. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and made our stay extra special.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Lovely, comfortable, peaceful, with an amazing view. The hostess thinks of everything and is incredibly generous. Amenities and decor are quality and understated. Stayed May 2, 2024Myself, husband, daughter and son-in-law took a mini vaca to Fredericksburg. Judy is an exceptional host. Very attentive, friendly, and detailed to every need. We were all impressed with the property and all the little extras and updates. Tons of deer everywhere, hummingbirds and other wildlife. Far enough away from town to experience the quietness, but close enough drive to town (approx 20 min) We plan on going back again, hopefully soon. Definitely recommend!

Stayed Mar 13, 2024The listing said it had a view and they weren’t kidding. Wow! Excellent place, great location and the owners did everything to make us comfortable. If you are looking for a hill country spot close to wineries, look no further. This spot was super clean and it had everything we were looking for. We will be back.
