Stayed May 25, 2024Lovely large property with plenty of space for all 12 of us that were staying, the house had everything you could need and communication with the owner was without fault. The location of the property was brilliant with lots of lovely walks and beaches on your doorstep. A few doors down from the house is the village pub where the food is amazing and we would highly recommend. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Stayed Feb 24, 2023The property was amazing! Spacious and there is room for everyone to spread out. Very clean, well equiped and comfortable beds. For us personally, meeting our grown up kids and grandkids at the property at 4pm check in was a little bit late for us. We were all meeting up from different locations to the cottage to spend quality time together before Shaun and I head back to Perth, Australia. However, we all loved our stay and weekend baiting Whitby and Robin Hood Bay. The pub 300 yards away, Fox and the Hound was lovely too. Good quality food and spoilt for choice.

Stayed Aug 18, 2019Our party of ten and two 2yr olds stayed here last week. The house was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. There was a lovely sunny playroom with plenty of toys which opened on to a nice garden. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the whole house was beautifully clean and well looked after. The owner met us to give us the keys and was very friendly and helpful. Before we went I was emailing the owner asking questions and I always got a fast and informative reply. Location wise, the local pub was about 2 mins walk away and was really good with friendly staff and lovely food. Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay are just a couple of miles away and easy to get to. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Stayed May 25, 2019Our holiday stay at Grange Farm was fab. A family of 14 ranging in age from 60 years to 5 months old. There was plenty of room for everyone. Ideally situated between Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed May 4, 2018Grange Farm Cottage was a great venue for a family weekend meeting the needs of 4 generations from 4 to 88! Very spacious with lots of separate seating areas including a sun trap conservatory, garden and BBQ area. It was nice to have the children catered for with a supply of games etc and outside play space as well. Well located just outside Whitby with a large supermarket a short drive away and Robin Hoods Bay also just down the road. There is also a range of footpaths providing access to these resorts. The local pub is 2 minutes walk. An excellent choice of accommodation and location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A family of 14 enjoyed a wondeful stay in N. Yorks. Grange Farm is large with a great amount of living space, enabling different people to do many different things. A small but sheltered garden was more than sufficient for our annual BBQ. The area is spectacular, with many beaches, interesting towns, cliff walks and the N York Moors on the door step. Sainsburys and Bike Hire are very close by. The property was very clean, exceptionally equipped and well maintained. Thoroughly recommended.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was very clean and spacious, ideal for 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 1-12. Lots of places for hide and seek to be played as well as plenty of children's toys and books. There is a pretty garden and barbecue space at the end of it. There is a very good pub/restaurant about 50m away and children's playground and cinder and cliff paths to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay close by. Falling Foss Falls and tea rooms are a few minutes drive away and there are easy drives to Staithes and Scarborough. The North Yorkshire Moors are nearby and it is about 40 minutes to Rievaulx Abbey. We enjoyed our week in Yorkshire and would recommend the house to friends.
