Comfortable, cozy, & fully furnished one bedroom farmhouse with covered parking spots. It used to be the only building within an 160 acre radius. Renovated and converted into a cozy guesthouse with modern amenities, while leaving its original charm untouched. Full kitchen w/ fridge, microwave, gas range, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Variety of coffees and teas; smart TV; gas grill; WiFi; full bath w/hair dryer, towels & linens. Unshared laundry available.NO SMOKING

The guesthouse is surrounded by beautiful and native desert vegetation. It accommodates two guests in the bedroom with a queen sized bed, and could accommodate up to one adult or two child guests on a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

You will have the entire house and it is fully detached from the main house. There's a dedicated covered parking spot for you on the property. We also have a covered area to store bikes if you decide to bring your own.

Even though we are located in town once you are on the property it feels like you have been transported to the country side. Relax out on the patio in the mornings or evenings and listen to all the birds chirping and the quail and rabbits run around.

We picked this location for its nearness to several good bike trails and lots of hiking trails. It’s in a safe neighborhood and convenient to lots of shopping. This property has oodles of good reviews on that other site, and they weren’t wrong. I prefer to use VRBO, though - personal choice. I’m very happy to give Hunter’s casita its first review here.Hunter was a great host! He made sure we had what we needed (but wasn’t overly present.) He had some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The casita had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, better than at home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was comfortable enough that we didn’t rush out in the morning and were happy to settle in in the evening. The location is quite private. There is a studio for rent on the same property and sometimes both are rented together. I found the location and host charming and would rent here again anytime.
