I especially loved those shower heads & the instant hot water & that great spot to play games out behind the purple building with the long table.The guest house was a dream come true -- the perfect location, the perfect size, the perfect place for 3 lifelong friends to gather & reconnect.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025My partner and I are artists and city dwellers. We enjoy rural visits for a variety of reasons including inspiration and change of scenery. We fell in love with Boerne and the thirties cottage. It’s secluded and private while close to town. Best of both worlds. We look forward to our next visit.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024The guest house was really a hidden gem! Tucked out of the way for privacy it really gave a taste of the Texas Hill Country vibe. Even tho it is down a country road we were just a short drive away from all that Boerne has to offer. Kitchen is great and bathroom & bedroom have all you need. Can definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024My husband and I wanted to stay in the Hill Country but decided to look at places besides Fredericksburg, since we have stayed there several times. We chose this location because it was more isolated but still close to a town. It was perfect for us. It was cozy and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay.
