This is a beautiful home situated on a 10 acre country setting but also close to shopping and all of Dallas and surrounding suburbs. Built in 2005, it boasts wood floors, central heat and air, custom cherry wood cabinetry throughout, 1100 sq/ft wrap around covered patio. It sits next to a 1 acre pond, and a creek surrounded by forest. The property is at the bottom of a hill, which reduces road noise making it a quite and peaceful setting. Has large yard, and plenty of concrete for parking andor playing outdoors. The private and gated driveway is approx. 1000' long leading down the hill to the home. There is fishing, hiking, swimming and many other outdoor activities and games onsite or nearby. The 10 acre property is shared with one other home. There is a shared 50,000 gallon pool and spa. There are two fire pits on the property for campfires at night. The house has a outdoor BBQ grill for cooking your favorite foods. There is a herb garden outside the back door, which always has fresh herbs, parsley, kale and lettuce for guests to enjoy. The yard is neatly kept year round, as are the flower beds and other landscaping. The hiking trails are mowed and kept clear. Wildlife is abundant and includes birds, fish, rabbits, raccoons, coyote (back near the creek), turtles, ducks, squirrels and horses. The horses are wild mustangs that have been rescued and given a permanent home here. There are also two domesticated outside dogs that live at the other house that shares the property. The bedrooms are upstairs. There are two full baths upstairs as well as a powder room downstairs. The house boasts' many windows on both floors, to take advantage of the views of the ponds, forest and prairie.

Note: Our cabin is 2.5 miles from Devils Bowl Speedway and during races the noise may be loud outside of the cabin. Events are usually Saturday nights from 8pm to 11pm. Please visit their website for an event schedule.
