Different accommodation options are available: bedrooms, newly renovated apartments as well as independent farmhouses. I Pagliai offers an insight into the past country life but is also an excellent base for visiting important artistic towns, hence assuring its guests a pleasant and peaceful holiday in the name of tranquillity, warm-heartedness and culture. Close to the main house lies a stone independent farmhouse called CASA TOBIA, newly renovated and equipped with all comforts. It is made up of two independent apartments. Casa Tobia Sotto is a 90 sqm apartment, ideal for 4 people. The house has been furnished with original farm furniture and it has terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and wrought iron beds. The apartment is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen with an old stone fireplace and dining area. There are 2 large and charming double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. A large breakfast-dining room is also available. Outside, private well equipped garden, with a beautiful view of the Cortona hill, with barbecue and wood-burning oven; 25 hectares of wheat, sunflower and lucerne fields surround the property.
