1870 Farmhouse with modern amenities - Fire Pit - Picnic Area - Farm View

Very clean. Charming cabin inside and out. We stayed for 5 nights, great location.

We love this place! We will be back! The house was comfortable and the location was perfect.

The Mitchell Cabin is a gem! The property and views are stunning. My family and I loved watching the goats on the neighboring farm each morning. The loft is not useable however an air mattress and the pull out couch worked for our family of four. A wonderful stay!

We were drawn to the house because of the history. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We got to meet George and talk with her about the history of the house and some of the decor. We highly recommend this home.

The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and updated inside. The HVAC unit works great.The view from the front porch is awesome. You can watch the baby goats in the distance (you do not smell the farm or the goats). And some evenings, there was beautiful sunset.We highly recommend staying at the Mitchell Cabin.

Beautiful rustic 1800s log home, with all the amenities one could needed, tucked away in a quiet holler. Views were just as advertised and enjoyed the goat farm duties from the front porch. Even got to meet the owner, which briefly explained the history of the home. If we have the opportunity to stay here again, hope she comes by for a visit. Could certainly listen to a longer version. If you’re in the area, and want a quiet place for 2, minutes away from downtown BC, you wont be disappointed.

Close to train station, shops and food. Absolutely loved this precious cabin! Would definitely stay again!
