Property is best for adult groups as limited for younger families. Second bath was adequate for my 21 year old but overall bathrooms a bit limited for larger group. Good location but road to property needs improvement. Property was clean, quiet and worked well with our dog.

It was peaceful place, nice views, however, internet didn’t work, missing some basic things like hand soap in the bathrooms. Cats were pretty annoying kept trying to get into the home and my car. Got in to the home once and my car twice. If you’re a horse person u will appreciate it. If your not a cat person you may find it a little annoying. Glad I didn’t bring my dog as that would have been tough with the cats always at the door.

We are repeat guests and love everything about this place. Love seeing the horses out back and we were completely charmed by the barn kittens who came to visit!

The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Easy access to everything around Lexington and Georgetown.I will definitely try to stay again

Perfect location! Close to Kentucky Expo Center in which we parked for the Kentucky Derby. Fun place!! Quiet and peaceful

Great stay at this property - Todd was easy to communicate with leading up to and during our visit. The house is close enough to all things Lexington but far enough away to enjoy some country living. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's great to wake up surrounded by green pastures and pretty horses nearby. Thanks Todd!

If you're showing at KHP, this is the place to stay. Exactly as advertised; even accomodated our dog last minute. Beautiful farm. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch with the horses in the paddocks. Todd is a very responsive host. We will most definitely be back for our event next year!

The posting was accurate. Our stay was good. The house was clean and well equipped. My kids loved looking at the horses nearby.

This was our second stay and it was perfect- close to everything or just a short drive, pet friendly, easy to check in and out, host was always quick to respond, and who doesn't just LoveLove waking up to fresh fallen snow on a beautiful working horse farm in KY? We will stay here again. It really is the perfect place. Thanks Todd, we enjoyed it so much!

They house wonderful!!! The view was beautiful wirh the barn and horses! Very close to the Kentucky horse park and a short drive to the ark encounter! George town was a quick drive to the grocery store! If I could give it 10 ⭐️ I would!!!

What a nice place to stay when showing at the KY Horse Park. The House is roomy, was completely clean and well organized. Never had to contact our Host since there were zero issues to deal with. We would definitely want to book this house again!

The house was located on a farm with horses. The house was clean and comfortable and we had a great time with our Kentucky experience. The owner communicated effectively and we all had a great experience. If we are out that way again and the property was availible, we would consider renting again. Job well done.

We love this place. Stay there twice a year to visit family who live in Lexington but don't have space for visitors. We have already booked for this coming Christmas!

This was perfect for our adult family vacation. Beautiful views and close to our excursions, the Ark, Ride the Rails, and Aviation Museum. The house was very spacious, in a quiet area and beautiful sunsets. Loved it!

House was very roomy with all amenities needed. Fantastic kitchen. We all had space to spread out. Loved watching horses while drinking coffee on the porch in the morning. Host was extremely accommodating, even with unexpected extra guest as our sons ended up being able to join us for the weekend. Location could not be better. Super close to Horse Park. Only 10 miles to downtown Lex. Grocery shopping only 3 miles away. Would stay here again!
