Yallambee Cottage Mulwala

Host was friendly and the house had all amenities required for a comfortable stay.

The host was very nonchalent regarding our concerns.There was no Wi-Fi and it was not disabled friendly.

Our family of 5, including 3 young kids loved our stay. Beautiful view of the river and trees from the living room. The property was very large and there was a horse that the kids could feed an apple to. We saw kookaburras, a kangaroo and lizards. We loved swimming in the river by the house.

John was a very welcoming host and our stay was very relaxing.

We have stayed at Yallambee Cottage more than once and we will look forward to going again, ideal location for getting away, relaxing and just enjoying the natural surroundings.With options to relax around the fire both inside and out, comfortable bedding and all amenities to turn up and enjoy your time away

I stayed at Yallambee Cottage Mulwala with my dad. We thought it was paradise. Murray River flowing 60m from back door. John the owner is such a lovely person. He is very welcoming and friendly. I can't wait to come and stay again. Sitting on the back porch watching the birds was so relaxing. Just a tip for others, if you have trouble finding the entrance drive up the Rd another 1km or so. You will see the gate and a rather large sign at the entrance. Google maps took me to the wrong location on the road. Highly recommended stay if you like country style cottages in the tranquil bush 8min from town.

A magic place to stay. Ahhhh the serenity. Beautiful fishing spot with your own private beach. We had the most relaxing time and the house is beautiful and roomy. Great checkin and great host

A quiet place, just above a sizeable anabranch of the nearby Murray. Cold in mid-winter, but once we worked out how to keep the fire going continuously with the unlimited supply of redgum we were set. The only sounds were of the plentiful birdlife. Very relaxing.
