WindanSea Cottage - Pet Friendly - Ocean Glimpses

Place was clean and dog friendly which was great. Wifi didn't work the entire stay and I gave this feedback/requested it to be fixed and no one responded or returned my call. Tv signal also dropped in and out a lot which meant no tv most the time. Empty dish soap bottle as well under the sink when we arrived meaning we couldn't wash up without buying it ourself either ( not a deal breaker but inconvenient).

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable, light and airy house. Being elevated on the hill was perfect for cross breezes throughout and seeing so many birds in neighbouring trees was a delight! We had a relaxing break and wanted for nothing, thank you!

Is run by a company and not an individual. Communication was poor. Had zero response to my initial question about the property. A number of the kitchen cupboard doors are poorly installed and do not latch closed so swing open. All the faulty doors had been jammed shut with folded paper.

Suited our needs visiting family near.Very dog friendly lovely enclosed garden.

The house was just what we needed, clean and tidy and a great backyard for my two small dogs to run around and relax in the sun!

Arrived with a bit of confusion as side door was locked Very comfortable & clean & great back yard which our dog appreciated. Rooms were lovely & nicely decorated & nice outlook. Water glimpses & back yard very cozy Appreciated all the finer touches

Great pet friendly accommodation in Vincentia, nice big secure backyard for our dogs, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning sun. Close to beaches, shops and the National Park. Thank you, we'd very happily stay here again.

Extremely terrible experience with Professional Holiday homes, 1 night into a 4 night stay our gas ran out, only to go outside and switch gas bottles and find they were both bone dry to which we had Zero hot water and Zero gas to cook with. Contacted their Emergency afterhours team and explained the situation around 10pm, they were Absolutely ZERO help as i had to call them four times over 12 hours just to get an update and both awnsers were sorry, cant get through to anyone. Very stressful as we spent all day at the beach and hadnt even showered yet, And had to buy food from local shops as we could not cook breakfast and lunch for ourselves and our 3 year old. After 16 hours it was finally replaced over and we were able to return to the property and have a shower. Professional holiday homes offered nothing but a simple sorry, I have tried emailing claims department to see if they can make this situation right and give us our hard earned money back, and they (Donna George) have acknowledged initial email but ignoring my follow up emails. (It has been 1 week since sending original email) Travelling with a pregnant wife and 3 year old for a holiday weekend away this was meant to be relaxing but instead was extremely stressful for us, I do NOT recommend Professional holiday homes.

A lovely property in impecable condition missing nothing. Great views from the front deck. Overall excellent
