The apartment can sleep seven people in three bedrooms, comprising of two double rooms and one family room, (one double bedroom has a standalone bath). Bathroom with WC, basin and stand alone shower. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, with all your basic needs, a cosy dining room and the large spacious sitting room that has spectacular sea views. Having off road parking for two cars and a lovely lawned shared garden to the rear. Weymouth Bay Apartment B has beautiful sea views and is so close to the beach and main town centre of Weymouth, it is suitable for families or friends enjoying their summer holiday at the seaside. Town: Greenhill is Weymouth notorious for it’s many pretty pastel beach huts, well maintained gardens and pebbly beach that at lower tides leads to sand. The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are a choice of beach side café’s to choose from as well as a pitch and putt and tennis. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.
