Stayed Dec 27, 2025Good layout & space. Nice big L shaped sofa and 2 tables so gaming/puzzle space and separate eating space.5 mins walk to harbour & 8 mins walk into town.(NB steps or steep slope either way down) Good 6 burner hob, and 2 ovens. Large fridge. NB Narrow kitchenGood heating downstairs so lovely and warm. Nice towels.Christmas tree was a nice touch.Comfortable mattress in double room. Limited storage in 2 single rooms (no wardrobes) Warning: upstairs bathroom is IN the single bedroom, ie open plan bathroom & bedroom! Limits its shared use.Challenges: Shower very poor in downstairs bathroom-could do with replacing. Better water flow in the upstairs one but narrow cubicle.No parking on the street ( very narrow and very few spaces) Very difficult to get parking close by so be prepared to have quite a walk to your car.Scatter cushions could do with washing/replacing.Only 3 place mats. No handwashing soap, & only 1 tea towel so bring your own!

Stayed May 19, 2025The property was more than we expected. With very large rooms and everything you need for your stay. The small courtyard is a real suntrap which is a bonus. Although it is on the hill it is a perfect point to reach all of the harbor and town by foot. Loved it and we will be back.
