Stayed Dec 28, 2025Cozy carriage house in an ideal walkable downtown location. Aspen has very congested traffic in/out of town in the winter so this location was a lifesaver. Parking is on-street and the owner provides a permit. Carriage house was cozy; ample heat, good water pressure and hot shower. This would not be ideal for young children as the stairs up to the loft would be a little nerve-racking. Additionally, it would be fantastic if the unit came with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods - there wasn't enough ground coffee available in the canister for a morning cup. Easy check-in, check-out. Small kitchenette and fridge available. Thanks for a nice stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025Nice little apartment next to the main house. Perfect for my wife and I to base our trip to Aspen. Downtown is a short walk away and there are several stops nearby if you want to use Aspen's awesome free bus network.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Lovely carriage house with terrific hosts made our stay just perfect. Charming place with all that we needed for a long weekend. Really enjoyed the company of our hosts and loved coffee on the bench at the front door. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. We did not cook any meals and loved exploring Aspen’s fabulous restaurants.
