We had a wonderful time in Asheville. The property was exactly as described on pictures. Beautiful, clean cottage. The host was very communicative, we enjoyed our stay!

Has a good stay in Asheville. Was just in for one night. The location was good for what we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. A few minor issues: signage was a bit lacking and caused is to miss the turn (not a big deal). The property was a bit overgrown. Meaning, it needed to be mowed. Lastly, probably needed a slight bit more information on using the key pad. I figured it out, but not without some frustration. Essentially you have to hit an extra button after entering the code which is different from other locks I have used. Overall, I would stay here again. Allowing us to bring our dog was a huge factor in us choosing this property.

We loved our stay here at this cozy spot! It's was as exactly as listed, and our was very accommodating. Locationwise it was perfect, close to the action but also in a quiet, peaceful spot. Would love to stay here again next time we're in Asheville!

Unfortunately, this property was the first disappointing home I have stayed in using VRBO. From the beginning there was a lack of communication from the owner with simple questions sent pre-arrival that were never answered. Upon arrival the landscaping & yard were so overgrown that we could not enjoy the outdoor spaces. It's very obvious that the photos of the property are quite dated and not an accurate reflection of the current state of the property. Additional concerns included a lack of cleanliness including vents covered in hair and numerous cosmetic repairs that were needed (broken handles, loose screens, ripped furniture fabric, missing pieces of flooring, burnt out light bulbs, etc). From the posted photos this home was obviously once loved, but has since fell into disrepair. Overall, I would not stay at this home again, nor recommend it.

My family stayed here for a month and it really became a home away from home. The house is clean, well decorated and well stocked. The beds are all comfortable. Having two different living spaces was great. The house is very conveniently located to either downtown Asheville or West Asheville, which was another plus. The yard area was great for our dog. There are two porches, which we enjoyed, but wish there was more comfortable porch furniture. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful for anything that we needed. We loved being in this house for a month and would definitely come back!

This home we so comfortable! The outside landscaping needed some work, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, stocked with anything we’d need, and so cozy. We drove into town, which took no time, and were around the best restaurants! We want to come back for sure. Just a note for those with littles, the 3rd bedroom upstairs handles three beds, which is great, but there is no door at the bottom or top of the stairs. Had to keep an eye on our toddler. Everyone loved this place. It was perfect on our drive back home from a beach vacation - when we all wanted our own space :)

Well to start we almost completely drove past the home because it was so overgrown. The front of the home was barely visible, a rose bush was out of control with a long off shot going chest height into the driveway (yes to rubbed against our truck each time we pulled into or out of the driveway thorns and all), the side porch was home to a lot of wasp and muddabber nests, the grass didn’t seem to have been mowed all summer. I wasn’t too optimistic upon pulling in the driveway. Once inside, it was cute. The home looked pretty much like the pictures online. The beds were very comfortable with very comfortable and cozy pillows. The WiFi was great. Our daughter loved the upstairs room. The only fan we could find was the one upstairs. Lots of towels and wash cloths and provided toiletries like shampoo. Conditioner, and body wash. There were a few issues with the furniture, one couch had a small hole and another a stain. I took pictures so that we wouldn’t get blamed for it. A drawer pull in the kitchen was half off. Paint scraped in the dining area from chair backs…it was clearly a rental and had seen better days. It was very close to restaurants, the Biltmore, and shopping. Quite a long drive to any parks for hiking and site seeing (45min-1hr). The neighborhood was nice and pretty quiet. A little disappointed with the lack of maintenance to the outside making it the outdoor areas pretty much unusable. Don’t know that we would stay here again.

Place was well stocked and had all the amenities listed. There could be a tad more attention given to the outdoors and a couple of broken items in the home. These things would not prevent us from staying here again.

Great property and exactly what was described - a lot of rental properties and photos and descriptions that do not match the actual report condition itself but this was not the case. Very clean and comfortable, very dog friendly which was nice for us. Will absolutely look to stay here again next time we’re in town

I stayed at this house with my husband and two kids (ages 7 and 11) and our dog for a family getaway to Asheville and to visit the Biltmore. The upstairs was great for the kids, though note that there is not a door at the bottom or top of the stairs. The fenced yard is on the smaller side, but great for letting the dog out. The house is close to great restaurants and a quick drive to Biltmore. I somehow got our checkout date wrong in my head and the property manager was incredibly kind about it. Overall great place for a visit to Asheville!

Overall our stay was great! Upstairs was a little warm but we were able to cool it down at night with fans and opening windows! Also the tv upstairs was missing a remote. The beds were very comfortable! We ran out of hot water quickly when everyone needed to get ready. The kitchen and gathering spaces were very roomy and we had all the utensils we needed to make several meals! The location was pretty good(not too far from all the things we were doing). The yard was a little small and the driveway narrow and steep but we made it work!

The house was very comfortable especially the beds. Kitchen well stocked including some spices. Since we only stayed one night, it was nice not to have to worry about TP and paper towels as there was plenty. Finding a place for 2 dogs was most impressive and the fenced yard worked well. We enjoyed our night.

I specifically decided on this place for the popcorn machine ( my son and mother in law have popcorn party every night ) and the oatmeal bar. ( My daughter loves oatmeal!) The beds were amazing. Usually when you stay in an air b n b the beds have lumps or spots from previous people but these were so comfortable! The fire place was amazing! (It heats the house up quick!) Not to far from the locations we visited! Looks small from the outside but super big on the inside! Highly recommend! Will most definitely be back!

Spacious and clean home. We had plenty of space to spread out and several rooms where we could gather together to talk, play games and watch movies. The property met our needs of a place to stay for 4 adults and 2 dogs with a fenced yard. However, the AC does not work properly. The unit was on, but no cool air flowed from the vents, so it was very warm the whole weekend. The house has fans and a window unit upstairs. The furniture was not very sturdy: a friend sat on one of the couches and the front corner buckled. Their bedframe was also cracked/broken when we arrived. I messaged the host on Friday with a question and on Saturday to alert them of the issues we found and did not receive a reply about either. I received check out instructions but no mention of my previous messages, so I'm assuming it was an automatic one. The house is cute and met our basic needs, but if you run hot like I do, I would not recommend staying here.
