Mermaid Cottage is a beautifully decorated home in a great location close to everything. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for your things. The bathroom towels and beach towels are nice and absorbent. I believe it is one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever rented. It is a very comfortable home away from home! I would definitely rent it again.

I was very pleased with the available tools and gadgets in the kitchen as it made meal prep and cooking as easy as my own kitchen! The balcony was a nice spot to sit and read. It was a wonderful place to spend our time!

The house is absolutely beautiful! A very close walk to the beach and our family also loved the pool. The house is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Communication was easy, would highly highly recommend!

Mermaid Cottage, is a beautiful house and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is located right across from the beach which made the walk over super easy. The pool is fantastic and was kept clean. The community is quiet/safe and dog friendly which we loved! We will definitely look to stay here again!

This house is very nice. It’s well decorated and has many thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in good condition and very clean. We especially liked the color coordinated and soft towels and sheets instead of the usual hotel grade scratchy and worn towels we get at other places. The whole house is very clean, warm and inviting. It is a very short walk to the beach, with a convenient private entrance. The supplied beach cart and beach chairs made trips to the beach easy.

Great Christmas vacation. The house was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet, very close to the beach and walkable to restaurants.

We loved our stay at the Mermaid Cottage! It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need. We loved the decorator touches. The design really worked for our group, with a primary suite downstairs and another upstairs, along with a nicely appointed bunk room/bath. The beach was an easy walk, and there was a good walking area for our dogs. We’re planning our next years visit to the Mermaid!

We had 5 adults for a week long stay and it was fantastic. The house had most things we needed which was nice since we travelled in from out of state. The walk to the beach is very short and convenient and it was great that beach chairs and a wagon were provided. Our family would definitely stay again in the future!

Our family has been vacationing in Florida for many years and this year was another awesome trip in the books. We really enjoyed the beautiful Mermaid Cottage and were very comfortable during our stay. It was an easy walk to the pool or the beach and the home offered plenty of room for our family during meals together, sitting on the balcony, and resting in the living room while enjoying our time together. We definitely look forward to staying again and are thankful to the family for sharing their home with our family. The host was quick to respond and everything was exactly as described.
