Waverly Place Beach House in the heart of Fort Erie with Private Lakefront Beach

Waverly Place Beach House was the perfect location for my group of friends to celebrate 30 years of an annual fall trip-often on one of the Great Lakes. We fully enjoyed walking the beach, gazing at the stars, gathering in the screen porch around the fire and for meals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, house was clean and host responsive. Would certainly recommend this stay!

We had the best stay during our vacation at Waverly Beach! The house has everything covered, from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo etc. A huge plus was that there was central air! The doors leading out to the balcony at night opened with screens and hearing the waves crash was pure bliss, lots of moments of relaxation to be had, plus the peddle boat and kayaks were a bonus for the kids to have fun on. Location is great and 10 minutes from Ridgeway and also across from the bike trail. Beds/bedding were clean and nice with down comforters and clean white duvets. One of the best parts was the outdoor shower! Easy check in/check out and really appreciated the flexibility!

This was our second time staying at this house. We loved the house and beach last year; updates were made to the house that made our stay this year was even more enjoyable. The addition of an outside shower made cleaning off from the beach very easy. We hope to come back again next year!

This house was adorable and perfect for two families of four. The screened in porch in the back was fantastic. The lake views were beautiful and the kayaks, pedal boat, and bicycles were great to have. Although it is too shallow to swim here, you can still go in the water, but would recommend water shoes. There is a public beach less than a mile away and easy to bicycle, walk or drive to. The location was great and the trail was right at the end of the driveway for walking and biking. We had a relaxing week. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

A very nice property a short walk from the water. All amenities we needed were provided including beach towels, kayaks, and games. The hostess was easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue we had was with how clean the home was when we arrived. The duvet covers and pillow cases needed to be run through the washing machine to remove dirt.
