Stayed Jul 5, 2024The place was good enough. Good location. Clean. No complaints about any of that. Communication started out well when I booked. Then 2 days before - all the reminders. Which included the statement. “You will be sent the entry code the night before.” Then no code. But kept getting welcoming texts etc. Finally, in the lot beside the house, I texted asking for the code, which came a minute later. Upon settling in, there is no book, document, or anything that says, “Here’s what you need to know.” Or FAQs. Nowhere was the WiFi password. Texted back and forth, and no real answer. Texted the next morning. Nope. Saturday evening we returned to a slip of paper wedged in the door. Password for WiFi is “…”. Finally. The soap dispenser was out of soap. Nothing horrible, but a bunch of little things that got in the way and annoyed throughout.
