The online photos truly represent the interior, with its high end appliances, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious baths. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils to prepare a great meal, plus an outdoor grill. The views from the living space and master bedroom are incredible. What a great site to wake up to! Whether spending time on the screened porch or down by the dock, Kiawah living does not get better than this location - watching dolphin, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. If you prefer the pool instead of the beach, it is conveniently located just steps away. I highly recommend renting bikes to make a quick trip down to the beach (just minutes away by bike) and to explore the bike paths around the island. Be sure to explore the many small ponds and nature habitats and gardens. I also recommend a low tide, late afternoon/early evening walk to the point where the ocean meets the river beyond Beachwalker Park to watch the dolphins and hunt for shells. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the dolphin strand feed (unique feeding ritual). This rental is a great place to enjoy all the beauty and nature of Kiawah Island with family and friends. In regards to the property manager, I cannot say enough about the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of Hillary. She certainly helped to make our vacation all the more enjoyable! We will certainly return to this rental.

The community is quiet and great for walking or biking and bonus, the home is right next door to the pool. Easy access to grocery stores and dining. Our only 2 minor hiccups were the fireplace not working and they need more lighting in the bathrooms. I would rent this home again.

Sunsets spectacular, night songs, a few steps to the pool or dock, all this and everything kiawah has to offer. The house is the highest quality construction and condition we have seen.

They were able to get on the island and survey the property and get it ready for us to come ASAP. I highly recommend using their company when renting. They went above and beyond. Not only is the home beautifully appointed, the location is perfect for enjoying a sunset over looking Kiawah River, fishing, dolphin watching, and kayaking, plus the beach is only a quick, easy bike ride away, ESPM provides excellent customer service and makes booking your trip super easy.
