My family and I were in northern MI to leaf peep and we were very pleased with the location of the vrbo. The view of Lake MI is also superb!The host is also very interactive, checking in multiple times during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Absolutely loved it! Desperate to get back to it.We are all in 80s and 90s and had trouble seeing in the dark bedroom. A light bedspread might be a good idea.

Clean home with beautiful views of the bay.Plenty of room for 4 couples and a couple kids.Enjoyed the close proximity to wineries, golf and all the amenities of Traverse city! Would stay here again!

This was our second year staying here. The location is perfect for us. We love the beach for the dog and night time bonfires. In general the neighbors are quiet depending on what visitors they may have. Any issues were quickly resolved.

Our family stays at this property nearly every year. Carole is great to work with and the beach view is magnificent.

My sisters and their spouses joined me and my spouse for 4 nights at the beach house. The weather was cold, windy rain and snow but it didn’t matter as we were in the perfect place - beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, a nice fireplace kept us warm and cozy, a well stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy several home cooked meals. Carol, our hostess was welcoming and easy to access, always got back quickly when any concerns were raised. Our only gripe was dishwasher really wasn’t working and should be replaced. All in all though we would highly recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to checking it out in a different season.

This property exceeded all our expectations. From the well appointed house with everything we could need, to the amazing views of east bay, and the beautiful beach. We capped off each night with s'mores by the campfire on the beach while we watched the sunset and then viewed the stars. To top it all off the owners were excellent to work with and accommodated all our requests. We'll definitely be back!

Was a perfect private oasis with a wonderful elevated deck producing amazing views, and a secluded beach and waterfront.

What a great relaxing home to stay at on the bay. We had seven of us including three teenagers and we had plenty of space. The views from inside the home are amazing and even better on the deck and beach. It was nice having AC on the hot days we were there. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We will certainly try to make it back to this home next summer.

We had a lovely stay. Loved the location and the private beach. The rental was spacious, clean and has many views of the bay. Communication with Carole was always prompt. Would have loved to stay longer!

If you are looking for a secluded quiet getaway with an amazing private beach and gorgeous views, this is the place to stay. The house is clean with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Full baths upstairs and downstairs and a half bath also upstairs. It also has a charcoal grill and fire pit on the beach. My husband's favorite part was the grill and fire pit. Thank you Carole for an amazing stay!!

Everything was great, however the house was musty when we arrived and any clothes hanging in closets retained the musty smell when arriving home. Suggest that air circulation be run even while the house is unoccupied to remove the musty odor.

The house is very spacious and it's located right on the lake with it's own private beach. The property is located in a quiet area off the main road but still close enought to Traverse City. Carole was very quick to respond whenever we needed to reach out.
