It was nice and cozy.
This location is fantastic, easy and short walk to the beach and absolutely beautiful views. The wifi is a little weak, so not a good spot to work remotely unless you have a hotspot. Cute and comfortable place and would definitely come back!
Simple and quiet with a spectacular view!! We even saw river otters playing right outside the cottage. Short walk to a beautiful beach! We lucked out and were there for the Salmon Creek Art walk... right out our back door. We highly recommend!!
House is darling, clean and well organized. The bed is a full/queen and if my husband had been there, he is 6'4' he would have hung over. I just did a quick get away so i could work with my puppy who loved the beach. It does say no dogs but we were extremely respectful and she was leashed. I def recommend. Views were amazing.
The perfect spot for a quiet, cozy getaway! Lots of wildlife to see. The beach is within walking distance… B E A -utiful sunsets…Would highly recommend!
Had cottage for 6 days. By third day we had to leave in early morning as we had to wade out in over two feet of water. Had to leave in hurry as water was riding. Only on way in and out. Still working to get a refund for the 3 days house was not habitable.

Had a wonderful stay at Mar-Tiny. Directions were easy to follow, cottage was clean, nicely decorated and had so many amenities to make our stay comfortable. Even had a couple k cups next to the kuerig machine. The location was peaceful and allowed us easy access to the beach down the street. Also found a wonderful walking trail that lead into the heart of Bodega Bay. Can't say enough about this lovely place. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you
Location poor, creek was a slew, yard full of waist high weeds, parking terrible. However the interior of the cabin was well appointed and clean but, you need a real coffee pot
We had a great stay at this property. The location was what made it for sure. Recommendations I have for the owners are as follows: Place address numbers on the house so it's easier to find, have a deep cleaning for dust and spider webs, place warnings of toxic water on site and have binder with information on checking out. There was no coffee maker as advertised in amenities. Overall the place was cute and location awesome. With a few additions this place would be amazing.
Pro's: The location is wonderful and sitting on the deck was amazing too. The home is tastefully decorated and super cute. They provide gas for the gas grill too. Kitchen is stocked well with plates and utensils. Cons: The home is old so there is an old smell particularly in the bathroom. I think a diffuser would have helped. I'm sensitive to smell, but there is some good quality ones and Target. It was warm and stuffy in the house until well into the evening/night. We weren't able to open windows that had no screens due to the swallows (birds). We tried the windows with screens behind the microwave and the whole window almost fell out. We used a long stick to close it from the outside. Same with the one in the bathroom. My suggestion is to get that fan working as suggested by other guests or at least provide a fan so the house can get some air circulating. We were able to leave the two doors open with the curtains closed, but needed a fan to get the air moving. I would also offer guests coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker as that is unique and you don't want to buy a bunch of pods and then don't have anywhere else to use them unless you had one at home. I was disappointed with the 10 AM checkout. I tried to call to get an hour extension with a NO and told it was because of Covid and back-to-back listings. I used to be a Superhost on Airbnb and I would never have my guests check out that early regardless of Covid or back-to-back listings. The Mar-Tiny home is small and easy to clean and hour later shouldn't be a problem. It wouldn't take 6 hours to clean. We felt rushed. The front door carpet has a stain in it on the corner and the one in the bedroom has a stain it as well. The table outside is rusting so badly that I got rust on my clothing and it was falling on the deck. I swept it up. *I would have kept these suggestions private to Vacasa, if only I had the option too. I think that would help your business so you can make improvements, but not effect your listing.
This place was fantastic, it’s a great location and it’s wonderful to sit on the deck and soak up the sun and wildlife. Short walk to the beach and definitely a great spot for kayaking or standup paddle boards. Wifi was pretty weak so keep that in mind if you’re hoping to work remotely there.
Only suggestion is that an instruction booklet should be provided concerning how to operate fireplace, entertainment devices, and check out list.
