Stayed Aug 14, 2025Nice home. The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a group of six. The lake is beautiful with crystal clear water.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024We had such a great time staying at this property. The view of the lake was gorgeous! We went swimming and fished on our boat and also of the pier. The house had everything we needed and was perfect! The host was prompt in answering our questions and was very accommodating. We would definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 14, 2023A cozy retreat right on a quiet lake and perfect for family, friends or a couple. It's a third generation family cabin and clearly a place loved by its people. We enjoyed the dock and deck and seeing the wildlife in our 4 days/nights nights there. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Recommend bringing groceries and making most meals there (full kitchen and pantry) as we didn’t find a resaurant we'd return to and market options are limited. No grill or firepit. Live TV quality is low, but there's a collection of movies. Bring outdoor games/toys for kids. Loved browsing Kathy's Barn down the road (can walk there). We will bring a kayak or canoe next time, so we can get out on the lake. Yes, we will definitely be back.

Stayed Jun 5, 2023We were visiting the dells but wanted to be able to have some days where we could relax and enjoy the lake and quietness. The house was great and the location was really enjoyable. 40 minutes to the dells. The house is dated and the showers were probably the most difficult aspect of our stay. The showers have little water pressure and come out of a dated shower head that flows like a garden hose. While this didn't bother us, the house doesn't have a smart tv so the ability to watch tv or play video games for the younger ones was not possible. the fishing was great and the dock was amazing. we loved the view and the location. we would stay here again and would recommend it as long as people understood that some of the accommodations in the house are dated.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This lakefront house had everything our family needed. The living area had panoramic views of the lake, the kitchen was well appointed, bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space. Big Roche-a-Cri is a small, peaceful lake and was perfect for the kids to fish, swim, and kayak from the pier. The location is quiet, yet close to restaurants and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay again.
