WATERFRONT Downtown Cottage w/ Beach

We couldn't have picked a better place on the island! I could write a novel of how perfect and charming this place is. The location was perfect! The hosts were amazing! All around great experience! We will certainly be back again next year! Thanks again Mike and Family! You were great hosts to your wonderful little cottage on the island!

Stunning views, beautiful home, and next to everything! Literally steps away from shopping and restaurants. Host was very helpful and responsive. Also warned us about the coastal storm coming in.

The property is just amazing and the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Tisbury and/or in the water.

This is a beautiful property located just seconds away from the ferry. The house has an incredible loft area for sleeping, with ample pillows and blankets to adorn the king size bed. The newly updated shower has many amazing features and the kitchen is stocked for easy use. Mike communicated exceptionally with us upon arrival to ensure our stay started well. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful house to any couple traveling for a nice get away! We would easily 100% book again in the future.

I would definitely go back to this place! Clean, fully equipped, relaxed atmosphere! Mike was helping with whatever you may need as far as information. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

A true Vineyard oasis! I have been coming to the Vineyard for a few years and this by far was the best house and in the best location. Mike was very accommodating, attentive and the residence was spotless. This was our first time lodging in Vineyard Haven as we’ve only lodged in Oak Bluffs, we’ve found our new home away from home. Such an incredibly peaceful and beautiful location! Woke up every morning to the most amazing sunrise. Views out every window, wonderful beach, great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The home is perfect! Nothing is missing and it recently redone, is so nicely decorated and very comfortable! The owner was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

This amazing home exceeded our expectations. This home is beautiful. Tastefully designed, incredibly well-appointed and every thoughtful amenity included. The location is perfect. Right on the harbor. Walking and biking distance to everything. We will leave the car at home next time. The owner was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in. We enjoyed the place so much that we extended our stay. This home is well worth it! We’ll be back!

Mike was a great host. He communicated very well for the check in and check out process. The house itself is amazing. Perfect for two adults. It is beautifully decorated and appointed well. The location on the harbor could not be better. Close to the Ferry. Plenty to do near by. We did not bring a vehicle and used our bikes to traverse the island.We loved relaxing on the porches and watching all the harbor activity. Every window framed the spectacular view. We can’t wait to return!

We just came back from a 3 night stay at Martha Vineyard and had an amazing time. The host allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier than checkin time because the house was ready for us and he was accommodating the whole trip if we needed anything. He also gave us several good restaurant suggestions. The house itself is clean and right on the water. The views of the harbor are beautiful. It was a very easy walk from the ferry to get to the house. We did not bring a car on the ferry or rent a car but just used the bikes we rented the whole time. I would suggest if you want to explore the island more and are not very active to bring/rent a car. The home comes with an available space to park.
