Waterfront Cottage Perfection

A great return to this lovely cottage and spot. Laura is a wonderful host. Easy to follow instructions for this well appointed cottage. Comfortable and cozy even during a NorEaster. Montauk never disappoints. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

Laura’s cottage was perfect. Beautifully designed, thoughtfully supplied, immaculate, perfect location a short walk to town and beaches, with a gorgeous grassy yard overlooking the lake. Waking up to the water view and watching the sun set over Fort Pond was just magical. Loved the outdoor shower, and so many other details. Fantastic rental.

We loved the gorgeous view and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was top notch from the comfort of the beds to the kitchen supplies. It was great to be able to walk to town and explore. We would love to visit again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. It was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Each room felt cozy, and offered a view of the garden or lake from the windows. The location was perfect - just a short walk or bike ride to town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We were treated to stunning sunsets over the lake and a sky full of stars each night. Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend it, and would love to stay again!

Stayed for a long weekend for my wife's birthday along with our 7 month old - what were already high expectations based on the listing, the stay exceed anything we could’ve imagined. The home, views, location and how exceptional Laura was as a host made everything perfect. Absolutely recommend and will certainly stay once again.

This is everything you need for a weekend getaway. Cozy cottage, with all the modern amenities. Right on the water. Sunsets that make you believe there is a higher power. Host was very informative an helpful. We will definitely be going back.

A lovely, meticulously maintained home in a picturesque setting overlooking Fort Pond. Laura made sure we had everything we needed for our quick getaway and even provided a wonderful packet of information for us including her favorite beaches, restaurants, eateries and local shopping boutiques. We watched beautiful sunsets during dinner at the house and shooting stars over the pond late at night. We will be thrilled to rent this gem again.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing getaway! The cottage is even more beautiful in person and the views were breathtaking from every angle. We had excellent communication with Laura, she was both thoughtful and responsive. This is a very special property and we hope to return again.

Beautiful property and beautiful view of Fort Pond, great for small family or couple , can walk to town from property, very convenient, we were in town for a family wedding. Wish there was a microwave but kitchen very nice clean, great outdoor shower, can walk to Harvest restaurant(my favorite) Definitely recommend

Really gorgeous place. My fiance (now husband) and I stayed here for 3 nights for our rehearsal dinner, wedding and one extra night for some post wedding r&r. Wonderful water-front location.

Cottage in Montauk was an absolute dream. Blown away by the beauty and charm of this magical property. Highlights were the gorgeous, sprawling outdoor space with lovely landscaping and privacy, sunset views over the pond with direct water access and stylish decor. Extremely comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere. Location of cottage was perfect - short walk to town and beaches. Owner was very professional with easy check in / check out - extremely helpful with insider recommendations on the area. A perfect beach oasis and can’t wait to return again soon!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura's house in Montauk. The property was everything we hoped for and more. The stunning water view was a highlight of our mornings and evenings, providing a serene backdrop that made our stay truly memorable. The outdoor space was generous and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or playing games. I especially loved the amazing outdoor shower! Laura's hospitality was top-notch. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and warm welcome made us feel right at home. We can't recommend this place enough. Lovely location decoration on a lake with water views and sunsets

We had an amazing stay at Laura’s cottage. She has clearly put a lot of detail into the interior and exterior - making it a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our dog. It’s walkable to a lot of popular Montauk spots and the beach. The views are beautiful especially at sunset. We hope to go back one day!

This property is absolutely stunning, spotless, and well-stocked, inside and out. It’s hard to want to leave the beautifully furnished house, but the outdoor shower is a dream, and the plantings, landscaping, and numerous outdoor seating areas add so much to the stay. We had an amazing time, and look forward to scheduling another stay. I haven’t even mentioned proximity because the property is so nice, but you practically can’t be any closer to the adorable town center.

Laura is an excellent host. She provides a beautiful cottage in pristine condition on peaceful Fort Pond! Our dog enjoyed her swimming and we enjoyed stunning sunsets in the evenings and relaxing with a good book or a quiet kayak around the pond. We would gladly visit again. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on the cool evenings too! Don’t hesitate to book!
