Waterfront!! Beautiful. New Hot tub. On Trent-Severn Waterway. Muskoka.

We got home yesterday after spending 4 days at this beautiful property! One of the best-kept, most well-equipped rentals we've ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Susan was an incredible host, very prompt with communications and always available to answer any questions. Even in the dead of winter, there was so much to do! About 25 minutes from Horseshoe Valley at Mount St. Louis. Close enough to make it an easy trip but without the cost and chaos of staying at a ski resort. So peaceful, so quiet. Well-stocked games shelf - some we'd never played before! We look forward to a future visit! Susan, thank you and congratulations on your wonderful property!

We gathered for a family reunion and had such a wonderful time! We had everything we needed and Susanny was very accomodating and communicative. A beautiful cottage in a beautiful place.

A perfect getaway away from home! A perfect place to relax, to unwind from the bustling city of Toronto. The place is very clean with great 5 bedrooms a perfect place to celebrate any events with friends and family in a very chill and relaxing way! 3 families with 6 adults and dogs spend 3 nights in this fantastic cottage this long thanksgiving weekend! One of the best-maintainace, clean and most well-equipped rentals we've ever stayed at! The owner, Susan is very helpful and responsive! We alreay highly recomend to our friends and will be back again next year!

Stayed at this property for a week in July. Accurate pictures and listing. Good amenities with 2 1-person kayaks, internet, outdoor patio space, fire pit (couldn't use due to ban), hot tub, bbq, and dock on the Trent river. Patio was covered and great if a bit rainy out. Water is classic dark Kawartha water with muddy bottom but was still great for jumping in and swimming back to doc. Busy water way with many boats. Good lawn space for games during the day. Lots of goose poop unfortunately. Cottage itself was well clean but clearly well used. Kitchen well equipped for feeding 8 adults. 6 beds and 2 couches comfortably slept 8 adults separately.

Owner was really helpful whenever there was a question during the stay and had a lot of the necessities which meant we didn’t need to bring them. Very updated design and very clean property. Overall very peaceful and fun experience. Excited to go back
