Stayed Nov 23, 2025I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had on VRBO.Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and unsafe. We did not receive check-in instructions until hours after the official check-in time, after multiple attempts to reach the host. Because the information was late, we were unable to locate the property in the dark and had to drive back down the mountain.When we returned in daylight the next morning, we still spent 45 minutes trying to find the home because the address did not match the actual access point. Once inside, we immediately left after seeing a bed that appeared to have someone in it with dirty towels, an alarming and unacceptable situation that made us feel unsafe.The host never contacted us directly at any point. Only the management company responded with apologies and a partial refund, which does not reflect the severity of what occurred. To top it off it was my daughter’s 16th birthday so this experience will be seared in her memory forever. I would not recommend this property until communication, accuracy and basic safety standards are addressed.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Such a great house!!!! We had to call about something Friday and the first woman we spoke to early in the day was not friendly, but later, we tried again and got Nikki or Mickey? She was the sweetest and so helpful. We would stay here again easily! The house is perfect and had everything we needed!!! We walked to the village everyday.
